Sunset Beach is a barrier island with three miles of beautiful, sugar-white sand. Sunset Beach has been voted one of the best beaches on the east coast and the best beach in North Carolina. The beach is 2.5 miles from our home and to access it you will pass over the last operational pontoon swing bridge in North Carolina. The island offers a large fishing pier, local shops,deli's, bike rentals, and provides a unique private feeling because there are no high rise hotels only beach houses.
Our brand new home offers easy access and one level living on a lake front lot. The lawn provides a shaded area to relax after a full day of sand and sun. Two tiered deck is perfect for meals outside or just relaxing.
When you enter the main living area, it's open to the kitchen and dining area. This will provide comfortable space for friends and family to gather. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bedroom sleeps three with bunk beds and a single bed. The second full bath is off the hallway convenient for all to use. Full size washer and dryer provided. Furnishings in the entire home combine comfort and quality. For added comfort we have installed several ceiling fans and DSL Internet Access so bring your laptop. The bedrooms have carpet and the living areas are hardwood floors. The covered porch that overlooks the lake is off the living room.
You are a short distance by car or on a bike from coffee houses, golf courses, shopping and of course the beach.
The famous dining of Calabash is 5 minutes away. Little River, SC is less than 15 minutes away. North Myrtle Beach is less than 20 minutes away.

Please add a $200 refundable security deposit(monthly $500)

You are expected to clean the house inside and out for the next guest.
No cleaning services are offered. No Bed Linens Or Towels Are Provided.
