During winter months, this is the perfect house to stay in for snow mobiling and ice fishing. Miles and Miles of flat ice to ride your snow mobile on and a warm fireplace to come back to.

House is 10 minutes from downtown Bay City.

  • WE RENTED THIS PROPERTY JULY 21- AUG 4. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE AND THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING. THE BEACH AND SURROUNDINGS ARE VERY QUIET. THE NEIGHBORS ALL ARE VERY FRIENDLY. BAY CITY IS A VERY SHORT DRIVE AWAY FOR ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED.THE OWNERS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND WE WOULD DEFINATLY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

  • Our family has vacationed together for 12 years, and this home ranks as one of the BEST homes we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space, yet has the great room where we could enjoy the family together. The VIEW IS B-E-A-UTIFUL, and absoultly gorgeous at sunrise... The owners are wonderful and accomodating... we recommend this home highly, we can't WAIT to go back.. the only downfall is that we can't live there permanently! THANK YOU!
