Who could ask for a better vacation experience on 3 miles of sandy beach to walk, observe bird activity and see phenomenal sunrises every morning. I set my alarm clock so as not to miss Mother Nature's show each morning! The house is well-built with large windows and everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The owner is helpful in answering questions and replys immediately. The neighbors are helpful, friendly and allow you your own privacy. This was the best vacation we have had in a very long time. Kudos to all.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time here. The house had everything we needed and more! Spending the evenings on the deck watching the water was superb. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beach. Would love to come back again.

WE RENTED THIS PROPERTY JULY 21- AUG 4. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE AND THE VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING. THE BEACH AND SURROUNDINGS ARE VERY QUIET. THE NEIGHBORS ALL ARE VERY FRIENDLY. BAY CITY IS A VERY SHORT DRIVE AWAY FOR ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED.THE OWNERS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND WE WOULD DEFINATLY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Our family has vacationed together for 12 years, and this home ranks as one of the BEST homes we have ever had the pleasure of renting. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space, yet has the great room where we could enjoy the family together. The VIEW IS B-E-A-UTIFUL, and absoultly gorgeous at sunrise... The owners are wonderful and accomodating... we recommend this home highly, we can't WAIT to go back.. the only downfall is that we can't live there permanently! THANK YOU!
