We are sure you will enjoy your vacation at our beautifully furnished, well cared for, modern villa. Recent refurbishment includes new tiling in much of the villa as well as new carpets, and a luxurious king sized bed in the master bedroom.
Wake up in the morning and walk straight out of your bedroom onto the poolside, where you can enjoy a neck-deep jacuzzi while you watch the local wildlife.
The south facing garden looks out onto the quiet canal and the private solar heated pool is enclosed in a lanai. Here you can lounge around soaking up the sunshine. The villa is in a tranquil, restful setting, yet in easy reach of ten golf courses, as well as the beautiful Gulf coast beaches (Englewood beach is just a 15 minute drive away) and the Florida attractions.

Why the Owner Chose Rotonda West
We built here because we loved the peace and quiet, we feel it's a place to relax and unwind. At the same time, we are close to shops and services, as well as entertainment.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We love to watch the wild-life on the south facing canal. We can take it easy, eat outside much of the time, choose one of the many good restaurants nearby or take a trip to Boca Grande or Palm Island. It's also an excellent spot for day trips to interesting and/or scenic places not too far away - Venice, Fort Myers and Captiva Island, while Sarasota, the Myakka State Park, Tampa plus Busch Gardens and Arcadia are a little futher, though not too far. It's very relaxing here after a hectic few days at Disney and the Orlando attractions - a great place to wind down before returning home, fit and tanned!
