Its setting -- just above the tops of the trees -- provides a wonderful 360º view of the surrounding Venice Walk Streets residential neighborhood. With its skylights and numerous large windows, this comfortable contemporary is simply a very special and charming escape!
The decor is fresh and contemporary in a beach style with light hardwood floors, Pottery Barn duvet covers and sheets, a slate-lined giant shower and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living space.
This unit also has a semi-private enclosed outdoor terrace complete with festival lights strung overhead for evening relaxation or daytime sunning.

In addition to The Treetops Suite, Venice Beach Cottages offers "The 1920's Cottage" -- a beautifully restored and renovated 800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom vintage Venice cottage for up to 6 guests Both residences can be rented individually or collectively to meet your needs. A protected, sun-drenched courtyard is set between The 1920's Cottage and the Treetops Loft. A gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining table are available for enjoying the great Southern California weather.

The Walk Streets of Venice are absolutely charming, beautiful and truly unique. This is a special residential "neighborhood" where all the homes are lined along former miniature canals turned into great walking paths with gardens, artwork and amazing houses all along the way. We chose this location -- just nine blocks from the beach -- because it is far more residential than most of the streets that are immediately adjacent to the beach yet access to the beach, the Boardwalk, the Abbot Kinney Blvd shops & cafés and the rest of L.A. is really easy. It's also quieter here than just about anywhere else in Venice -- there's simply no car traffic on these cool Walk Street paths so your environment at our residences is peaceful, serene and relaxing. It's a true escape!
