With its skylights and numerous large windows, this comfortable contemporary is simply a very special and charming escape! "The TreeTops Suite" is part of a unique collection of three charming, sophisticated residences known as The Venice Beach Cottages. This collection is set in one of Venice’s most picturesque neighborhoods -- the Venice Walk Streets. Many of the homes in this six-square block area - located just 9 blocks from the ocean - front onto pedestrian-only “walk streets”. As you might imagine, these front yards form one outrageous collective botanical garden, with a profusion of dramatic flowers, specimen trees, intriguing art pieces and exceptional architectural design. The area is home to actors & actresses -- Julia Roberts’ home is here -- music & film industry directors, writers & execs as well as notables in the fields of literature, fine arts, design and social good. In this neighborhood you’ll find history and culture, beauty and warmth, peace and relaxation -- all guaranteed to make your stay at the Venice Beach Cottages a truly memorable one. In addition to The Treetops Suite, Venice Beach Cottages offers "The 1920's Cottage" -- a beautifully restored and renovated 800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom vintage Venice cottage for up to 6 guests -- and The Studio, a quiet 1st floor retreat for 1 or 2 guests. All 3 residences can be rented individually or collectively to meet your needs. A protected, sun-drenched courtyard is set between The 1920's Cottage and the Treetops Loft/Studio structure.
