You'll find something for everyone at Ariel Dunes. You can enjoy our Two Large Pools totaling over 11,000 square feet. One pool is gently sloped from Zero Entry Water Depth to five feet with a Mushroom Waterfall which the kids will love! The other pool is Seasonally Heated and is a great place to relax, swim, and soak in the sun. And of course there's 2000 feet of Magnificent Open Shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and pleasure.
The Seascape Resort Complex includes an 18 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts for your use and many walking or jogging paths. The Destin area provides Amazing Year Round Fishing and is known as the "Greatest Little Fishing Village" anywhere. Shopping is at a premium with Silver Sands Outlet Mall less than a mile away, Village at Baytowne Wharf, and the new Destin Commons Mall are all nearby.

Charter fishing with large privately owned fishing fleets, more than a dozen golf courses within 15 minutes, “Big Kahunas” Water Park (a huge favorite with the whole family), Henderson State Park and Grayson State Park, Village at Baytowne Wharf with restaurants, shops, live music and a wonderful place for kids. Sea cruises, Glass Bottom Boats and Goofy Golf are also nearby.
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts of home. A complete kitchen is provided with all the cooking utensils. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin bunk beds, and a very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa....and a washer and dryer right in the condo.
Owners are locals to the area and within a few miles of complex. Property is only in it's second rental season, so reserve your vacation early to enjoy that "new condo" feel.
Aerial Dunes is a safe, gated community, pedestrian-friendly with coffee shop, restaurants and shops all within a two block walk. This is a great family vacation spot, with loads of fun activities nearby, and one of the most beautiful beaches anywhere.
