Located in the Heart of the Seascape Community, Ariel Dunes is fast becoming the trademark of this Resort and the surrounding area. Being the tallest buildings in Okaloosa and Walton Counties, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent championship golf course and offers breathtaking views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay.
FURNISHINGS:
From the minute you enter this unit you recognized the warm and inviting finishes this unit has to offer. From the crisp elegance of the Deep Blue/Black granite counter tops in the kitchen, to the Alligator print leather recliner in the living room. You realize you have made a great destination decision.
UNIT FEATURES:
The unit features 9 ft. ceilings, ceramic tile (kitchen, baths, & laundry), plush carpeting (living, dining, and bedrooms), raised panel cabinetry (kitchen and baths), granite counter tops, and Stainless Steel kitchen appliances (GE Profile). This unit also features three 8 ft. glass panels in both the living room and master bedroom to maximize you view of the Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This is not a common feature in all unit types.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender (with food processor attachment), and a garbage disposal.
DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The dining room features a table that can be expanded to seat 8 adults comfortably, with additional seating at the built-in counter bar. You will run out of guests or family members before you will run out of seating when it is time to eat.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers a queen sleeper / sofa with custom made accent pillows that match the custom made chair & ottoman. These cozy pieces of furniture along with the alligator print leather recliner, makes watching a DVD/ movie on the 40" LCD flat panel HDTV (with surround sound) priceless family entertainment.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king size super plush / pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. With this distinctively appointed bedroom you can sense you are in a tropical paradise. This bedroom also features a 26" LCD flat panel HDTV w/DVD that sits atop a matching full length dresser with mirror. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through one of two 8 ft. glass sliders (living & master bedroom). Remember not all unit types have three 8 ft. glass panels (one is a slider in each section).
The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), adjacent to a full-size garden tub. These features along with a huge double vanity will make getting ready that much easier.
BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
This balcony is one of the largest in the building measuring over 450 sq/ft. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside. This balcony is as comfortable as any outdoor sitting area you have ever seen. It features table with 4 chairs, loveseat with coffee table, and two chairs with ottomans. I am sure you will agree this is as good as it gets.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The guest bedroom features a queen size super plush / pillow top bed with side tables & lamps. This room also includes a 20" LCD flat panel with DVD/VHS. This bedroom has a private access to the common bath. Your guests will enjoy the relaxing views of the onsite championship golf course and the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Traveling with another family and need another unit at Ariel Dunes, no problem. I have several good friends with units at Ariel Dunes ranging in sizes of: 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Condo is very nice, it was clean and had everything we needed. Balcony overlooks the pool and both the balcony and the pool were perfect for our little one. Just bring your swimsuit and enjoy.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This was our first vacation since our daughter was born and she is 15 months. Allon described the place to a tee, gave me the rundown on all the extra details of the items they kept on hand for kids and families which made my packing much less easier. Knowing I didn't have to drag along the pack and play as well and a number of other items like boogie boards, beach chairs and so much more was great! We loved the condo, just as the pictures showed. The zero entry pool is where we spent our days since my daughter decided eating the sand was all she wanted to do while on the beach, but the pool was perfect and she loved it. Great room, amazing furnishings, you just really feel at home. Loved the location on the strip, super easy access to the outlet mall and the Winn Dixie and in a good spot to get down into Destin or over to San Destin. Will for sure stay here again in the future!!

Our family had the pleasure of staying in the beautiful condo owned by the Boatrights.The owners left nothing out when furnishing the unit.You will not find a nicer place to stay up and down the coast.Allon was very helpful with local info,eating spots,etc.ENJOY! -The Kirbys, Lake City,Fl.

This was our first time to Destin. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful with everything needed for a great vacation. This is the perfect beach vacation spot. Everthing you need is already there from cooking items to beach toys. The beach is clean and the water is gorgeous. My family will always remember this condo because my 5 year old son learned how to swim in the pool and boogie board on the beach! Thanks Allon and his family for sharing their vacation spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a very nice place that has all the amenities we could need. It is also very close to everything, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, the beach, etc. Allon was very helpful and a real pleasure to work with. We stayed at this condo for Spring Break, 03/13/10-03/20/10. As busy as Destin gets for Spring break, we were amazed at how quiet the building was! The condo was beautiful and comfortable, very well equipped with everything we might need. The balcony was one of our favourite places! We were always able to get chairs by the pool, and the cafe was very handy if you wanted some food or beverage. The beach was beautiful...white, cool sand. Allon was wonderful to work with, and easy to get a hold of at any time. The amenities of the building made this condo an ideal vacation "Destin"ation! We would highly recommend renting this lovely vacation home away from home!

In celebration of our 15th wedding anniversary we 'escaped' to this condo in Destin. It was relaxing and wonderful! All pools and facilities were top notch and the condo itself was decorated and furnished beautifully. The morning we left we saw two water-spouts over the gulf waters that left us speechless! It was easy to forget all worries and focus on "US" for the long weekend. Allon was very attentive in the process and recommended SUPER places to eat out. This was an anniversary that we will not forget!
