  I have stayed at many houses through VRBO and this was one of my favorites! It was definitely the most equipped. Allon has EVERYTHING you could want - from the complete "beach package" to a fully stocked kitchen so you can stay in an cook if you want to. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic! Me and my two children had a great time in Destin and loved our home away from home for the week. We visited Fudpuckers and the Gator Park, the Gulfarium, the Buccaneer Pirate cruise, the marina and Harbor Walk and of course the beach. Allon was fantastic - he was extremely personable and responsive. We didn't need much while we were there but when I had a question - he was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this home!

  My husband and I spent the month of February in this condo. The location is perfect! Close to beach shopping. Restaurants.. we had everything we needed even a yoga mat which I used to take classes at the golds gym that was less than 1/2 mile from the condo. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was furnished very nicely. We felt right at home! We also loved that there were some great antique malls nearby. We found several treasures to take home. The cabana cafe in the building was so convenient. When we didn't want to eat out or cook we ordered food there. Their oizza was delicious! We had a great vacation here and hated to leave the comfy condo and beautiful miramar beach. Hope to return next year!

  The advertised description and photos accurately describe the condo. If you are looking for a condo to treat disrespectfully, wreck, or otherwise misuse, this is not the unit for you. We want it to remain in excellent condition so we can continue to enjoy it each additional time we head for the coast and rent this particular condo. We have stayed in many condos in Destin, and this one is at the top of our list. Not only does it have extremely comfortable, pillow-top mattresses, a huge patio, a recliner in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, black-out drapes in the master, nice tv's, WIFI that actually works, it is clean, very nicely decorated, and has a comfortable floor plan and an exceptional direct view of the Gulf. The location a little back from the highway is quiet and the location makes sightseeing and visiting attractions and the beach very accessible. The pools and work-out area are great. A restaurant in the building is very convenient and serves excellent food. One can fish from the lakes on the complex (catch and release), and it's a short walk to the sugary white beaches. The Bad Ass Coffee Shop is a short walk away. A sidewalk along the highway allows for convenient walking and biking. Shopping, restaurants, and a grocery are very close. And last, but not least, the owners are extremely accommodating and easy to contact. This condo is cream of the crop. You will not be disappointed. We would highly recommend it. My only complaint - we couldn't stay longer than one wonderful month. Next year we will be back in this unit for two months!!

  Wow what a wonderful condo. It is exactly like it is described. This condo was very clean and well maintained. We can't wait until next year. We had an awesome time. This condo is great for couples. Allon the owner is great to work with. You have to visit the donut hole while you are here they are the best. Loved the location very accessible to all attractions and shopping. Tammy, Crossville TN

  This vacation was absolutely wonderful.. The condo was clean, well maintained, beautiful, and Allon and his wife were very, very easy and pleasant to deal with. The kids especially loved, loved, loved the ocean view and pool!! We could not get enough of the water... The surf boards were a big, big hit and we all had a blast trying those out. Our favorite place to eat was FudPuckers (the kids loved this place)!! We left a menu in the book. We also really liked the new Mexican restaurant they opened 2 weeks ago called Peppitos. It is right next to the Greek restaurant and the dippin dots ice cream on Hwy 98. We also went for ice cream at Brusters on Hwy 98 and they were Great!! If you bring your own banana on Thursdays, you get a 1/2 price banana split.. Of course, we went on a Thursday and did not have our banana because we did not know until we stopped there. I cannot think of anything that could be changed or better as everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family. We would also stay here again in the future..

  My family and I stayed for 7 nights at this wonderfully appointed and beautifully decorated condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bed in the master suite is very spacious and comfy. We enjoyed 2 very large swimming pools, restauraunt/bar (poolside) with entertainment at night. The food in the restaurant was great, biggest hot dog I've ever eaten! The view of the ocean from the oversized balcony was the best, with no obstruction. I highly recommend staying here.

  We absolutely love vacationing in Destin. Staying in Allon's condo was by far our best experience. We had the unfortunate timing of arriving at the beginning of a tropical storm but Allon constantly checked in on us making sure everything was to our liking with the condo and expressed his sadness that we were having such bad weather. It was evident that he cared as much about our vacation as we did. After 2 straight days in the condo we were able to make it to the beach with perfect weather for the remainder of our stay. My husband and I remarked several times that if we had to stay inside with 3 children, we were happy it was in this condo, which was beautifully decorated and very clean. Allon truly thinks of everything, including many DVDs for us to watch and everything we needed for the kitchen and beach. We do hope to stay in this same condo the next time we visit Destin!

  This is a beautiful condo in a fantastic location. The owners were extremely helpful and hospitable. It is well equipped with all the amenities of home; we cooked in quite a bit and found everything we needed to make this stay great. Furnishings are top of the line, and the condo is like new. We have a handicapped child and found this unit readily accessible. Thanks again to the owners for making our Destin experience a fantastic one. I definately recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again.

  This beach condo was fabulous! The decor was just like home - everything was so comfortable and immaculate. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. The pools were the BEST for kids - they logged hours in the huge, uncrowded pools. There was plenty of convenient parking. The beach closet had chairs, toys, floats, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The crowning jewel of this condo is the balcony! I've never seen a more comfortable set up, and, amazingly, it was shaded all day long! Loved the 5th floor too so that we could easily watch our children swim down below. Allon went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!! You won't be disappointed!

  What a great week at Destin - the condo was beautifully decorated and anything you needed was at your fingertips! The "beach closet" was fully stocked with chairs, umbrella, toys and cart - it was amazing! The pools were beautiful and local attractions/restaurants are a short drive away. All in all, it was a great way to spend a vacation and I recommend it to all.
