The condo was a really great place to go on holiday and take some time out! It fullfilled all our expectations and was as great as we have seen it on the photos before. It was well-maintained with very luxery funiture. The view over the beach and the sea was adorable. The first day in the morning we´ve seen some dolphins passing by! The owner was very nice and answerd all our questions. There were so many attractive things to do. You can join the pool (inside and outside), the spa, there is also a fitnesscenter included, the beach is just a few steps from the condo and you can also rent a bike to explore the island. We would recommend this place to everyone!

Great winter getaway

My second stay in this perfectly appointed, south facing condo. Winter sun all day on the balcony, ocean views, and everything needed to enjoy the ameneties in the resort. The condo is spotless and beautifully furnished. I enjoy the condo in the off season. It is uncrowded, the restaurant is excellent, and the gym and spa are easy to enjoy. Louis is very easy to work with and I have recommended his unit to family and friends, and I certainly hope to stay again soon!

Great vacation destination

My family loved this condo...very spacious and the views were fabulous from every room. The resort has so much to offer...lots of pools, including an indoor one, restaurant to order pizza, etc., poolside, spa and fitness center too. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The condo is decorated beautifully and well maintained. We loved every minute of this vacation and definitely will come back to the Trinh's condo.

The Trinhs were so very easy to work with making reservations. The condo is JUST PERFECT. The decor is simple,clean and chic...such good taste. I prefer a tranquil decor while at the beach. I am very particular about that part when selecting a condo to stay in. Cannot wait to go back very,very soon. It is just perfectly located and the view is spectacular. The location of the tower is close to the spa/restaurant/concierge,/etc and that is so very nice too. I highly recommend and will most certainly will be staying here again:)

This condo truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the unit, the view through the hugh sliding glass doors never got old. Both bedrooms and the main living area have full height windows facing the gulf. Waking up each morning and having coffee on the balcony listening to the waves was a welcome vacation. The inside of the condo was both homey and elegant. My wife actually is thinking of painting a couple of rooms in our house in similar colors. Our thanks to the owners for creating this experience. Also, Pensacola Beach was very relaxing compared to both Destin and Panama City.

Words cannot describe how perfect this vacation was for our family! We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 4) and I couldn't have experienced a better vacation anywhere else! The condo was perfect for us. We were able to cook every meal in the kitchen and the grill was used every day. Being able to do our own laundry in the condo was perfect for us, especially because of the kids and all their clothes and bathing suits. The beaches were perfect with crystal clear water...we even saw dolphins and a sea turtle while sitting on the beach! Everything was convenient, quiet, and exceptionally clean. Doing business with Louis was easy...he was very informative, helpful, and even contacted us at the condo to make sure we were enjoying our stay! We will be back again in the future, and I will not even consider staying anywhere else.

Amazing Vacation!!

My family and I just returned from a week at the Portofino. What an amazing place! We love Pensacola Beach - and there is no competition when it comes to accommodations. We will never be able to stay anywhere but here again! The staff members are very friendly, the condo we stayed in was gorgeously decorated, and the owners were gracious. The condo had every comfort of home and is beautifully maintained. We sat around the dining room table and played board games at night - something we rarely do at home. It was fantastic! We enjoyed all the extras! The condo owners were very thoughtful!! The pools and jacuzzis are very clean. The atmosphere was perfect. We will be back!!

WOW! Words can't describe how incredibly beautiful this condo is! It is impeccably decorated and the view is to die for! The Trinh family was so nice and accommadating to our every need. The resort staff were very friendly and the grounds were neat and well manicured. We both appreciate the attention to detail given and will definitely return. Portofino was a great place to stay, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave outstanding customer service. We rented from the owner and everything was great. Our condo was as good as a five star hotel. The view was excellent. The condo was beautifully furnished, had two beach chairs w/umbrella for the beach, and all the kitchen appliances you would find at home. Our friends that went with us were very impressed with everything. It was very easy to contact the owner, pay him and all the information in accessing the property amenities were very will explained. The owner made available local restaurant menus so it was easy to decide where to go. Our favorite restaurant was Hemingways and Peg Leg Petes. The beach around the resort was very clean, not heavily populated, and very relaxing. The resort activities were fun and easily charged to our room so that we could pay for everything when we checked out. We will use this owner and property again. Our friends were so impressed they plan on using this owner and property as well. We previously rented this unit and were there with 3 kids; this unit was very spacious and accommodated a family nicely. Impressed with the resort, owner, and all the activities. We love Pensacola Beach and we feel that this is the best place to stay on Pensacola Beach. We will continue to make this a vacation destination every year.

Our family stayed at the Portofino resort during Spring Break 2009. It was wonderful! The location and the view are amazing. We took our bikes and rode every morning on the paved walking path in front of the hotel. One way you can ride down to the boardwalk, and the other way is just beautiful scenery of sandy beaches. The resort was great. Everyone was friendly. The main pool is fantastic and there is entertainment playing there as well. The best part was the condo. Louis was fabulous to work with. He always returned emails quickly answering any questions that we had. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and big! It is on the 18th floor and the view is absolutely amazing. I just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We can't wait to go back. Oh, Flounders and McGuires Pub were our favorite places to eat. Very, very good!

The Perfect Pensacola vacation!

We cannot begin to express our happiness at the first sight of this gorgeous condo. The Portofino resort is marvelous, and this unit in particular had everything that we could have wanted. Louis has thought of everything, and pays close attention to detail. The unit was clean, well-supplied, and elegant. We were very comfortable. Our two teenage daughters very much appreciated the two boogie boards that were provided, and my husband and I made good use of the beach chairs. There are many good local restaurants to enjoy, as well as an excellent one in the resort. The girls highly recommend the banana smoothies they were served poolside. On a rainy day, Destin (with so much shopping!) is a short hour drive away.The girls also were able to parasail with Key Sailing and the guys there made it an exciting and fun experience for all of us! Louis was a gem to work with, he communicated with us before, during and after our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again! We hope to come back soon!!

The Trinh's condo was an excellent choice for my first spring break trip with friends! The place was beautiful, cleanly, and everyone around was very friendly! We had a wonderful time and I would definatly suggest this place for anyone. My family is even interested in making a trip down there!

We recently rented this unit over the X-mas holiday and it was amazing. The unit was spectacular and the views were breath-taking. The experience was much more than we ever expected. We loved it so much we are renting it again in the summer.

This was a wonderful experience! We have always enjoyed Portofino and this unit was spectacular. We spent New Years eve there and it was truly special. Cannot wait to come back to the same unit in the summer!

We recently rented this unit with our daughter and son-inlaw and we cannot describe how pleased we were. The condo and the view were amazing. everything was first class including the view. Sitting on the balcony with the Gulf of Mexico in front of us was breathtaking. We often prefer to rent condos when vacationing and on a scale of 1-10 this was 10+++++. Truly outstanding.The owner was more that accomodating and the complex was beautiful with everything you could desire. There is no need to leave once you unpack.I would definitely hope to return to this unit.

As people that travel quite a bit, we were truly awestruck by your condo and your view of the Gulf. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for. The property is beautiful and everyone was genuinely pleasant and eager to please.I think our favorite thing was to sit on the beautiful balcony and look straight out into the ocean. We will highly recommend your unit to friends and relatives and we will definitely be returning ourselves.

Upon opening the double entry doors to the foyer of this condo your eyes go immediately to the spectacular view from this beautiful 18th floor condo. The pictures on the web site does not do this condo the justice it deserves. The owners have it beautifully decorated and have anticipated your every need. We took advantage of bike rentals, the fitness center, the pool, and of course the beach. This resort has it all!

When we walked into the condo, our first words were "Wow"! The view is awesome and the condo is first class. You know you are in a well-maintained vacation spot. The photos do not do justice to the views and condo. We were inspired by the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We had a well-equiped kitchen and a wonderful table on the balcony for outdoor meals. The beds are extremely comfortable and the 42" flat panel TV in the living area was great for watching a Christmas DVD movie. Louis was a joy to work with in booking this condo and we will be back for another stay!
