Great loction the veiws over Capri were to dream for. The balcony was great to watch the sun set and eat our meals. The owers were helpful and the town is only a short walk with good selection on restaurants to chose from. would recommend this to see the Almfia coast.

I stayed here with my wife and two teenage daughters in July 2011 and it was the perfect location for us. With the small car that we hired we were able to travel to both the Amalfi Coast and the Bay of Naples, and on the days that we didn't want to go too far, found Sant' Agata to be a peaceful small town to relax in. Nice places to eat and drink for all budgets and great fresh produce if you want to buy your own. It has a really friendly community feel. The terrace is perfect for relaxation - giving you the choice of all day sun or some shaded areas if you need to cool down a little. The property itself is clean and very well cared for, and both Anna and Gennaro couldn't have been more helpful to us during our stay. We were severely delayed due to a flight problem, but Gennaro guided us safely to the apartment despite our lateness. If you don't have a car then you can bus to Sorrento for regular trains around the Bay of Naples, and there are lots of buses along the Amalfi Coast too. I would happily recommend this, or any of their other properties as they were so helpful I have every confidence in them.

A true home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was fantastic. The owners were extremly friendly and helpful. The village was a short stroll and very quaint. Easy to get to Sorrento and Positano by car. We would highly recommend this accomodation and location to our friends and relatives. Thanks for making our stay in Sant' Agata so memorable.

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderfull holiday in Sorrento in one of the best holiday rental properties we have stayed in. Villa Anna is located in the quaint town of Sant' Agata, high above the gulfs of Naples & Salerno. Owners, Anna & Gerry are lovely people. They made us very welcome and made us feel completely at home, always available for any advice or help. We were met near the entrance of the town by Josie, Anna's daughter, who we followed to the villa. This was a real help as the satnav is of little use in these quiet country lanes. A bottle of red wine awaited us on arrival - nice touch. The property has secure parking which is very welcome. The property far exceeds the description on the web site. Spacious, well equiped with a terrace to die for. The view from the terrace is just magnificent overlooking Capri. The lovely town of Sant' Agata is within easy walking distance and has some fine shops and restaurants, although we only dined out on one occassion at Mimmi's which we recommend. We much preferred to have our evening meal & relax on the terrace after the days sightseeing. We were able to buy all the provisions we required at the local superarket where the locals were very helpfull. Altough we had a car, we did use the public transport for visits to Pompeii and Ercolano and found it cheap & very efficient. The famous Amalfi drive is spectacular taking in the beautiful towns of Positano and Amalfi. The whole area around Sant' Agata is well worth exploring with lovely coves and fishing ports dotted around the peninsular. Thank you Anna & Gerry for an unforgettable holiday.

San Agata was our last visit during a 16 day journey through Italy. Anna & Jerry greeted us in their beautiful home with wine & pastries. We were amazed at the size of house. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen with a view of Capri, our bed was very comfortable & laundry facilities made us feel at home & relaxed. The home is very clean and well maintained; the photos do not provide justice this house deserves. Jerry & Anna were gracious in assisting us with all our questions. In low-season, travel to Amalfi & Positano less than 1 hour by bus. This southern region of Italy might be a place to consider a rental car. We absolutely LOVED San Agata & our stay at "Il Terrazo Di Anna"! We hope someday to return.

All in a word: FABULOUS!!!!!! Anna, the owner, is a special person, the large house is really clean, provided with everything you need, with a wonderful landscape of Capri from the very delightful terrace and with a well-appreciated parking even if the area of Sant'Agata is really safe, an oasis of peace and quite. The location is in an ideal position to visit the Coast and all the other attractions of the two Gulfs of Salerno and Naples. Highly recommended for your next travel!

Our family of four had a marvelous time in this beautiful flat. Immaculate, spacious, comfortable...we couldn't ask for more. The view from the terrace is spectacular, and access to the charming little town of St Agata is a quick drive or easy walk. The hosts are wonderful -- Anna made us a traditional Easter pie (delicious) and Josie, the daughter, helped us with our computer. The family is lovely, and was there to help with anything we needed. Shopkeepers speak at least some English, so we were able to buy the basics and cook a bit in the huge kitchen. Don't miss Mimi's restaurant in town - in a 4 day stay we went there twice. Staying here was so much better than being in crowded, touristy Sorrento itself. We would recommend this to people of any age, whether for a family or romantic vacation. We would definitely return!

High on top the Amalfi coast above Sorrento is this wonderful flat. Your GPS might have trouble finding the actual house number, but a quick phone call and your host, Jerry, will meet you in the little town to show you the way to your vacation home. The rooms are bright and very clean with decks off each bedroom. Two of the three bedrooms have spectacular views of Capri. You might just find yourself asleep in one of the comfortable chairs on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The bathrooms were very nice, one with a jet shower. Your hosts make you feel very welcome and point out little short cuts to town, although town is very small. There is secure parking on the property. You will need a car to see all the sights, besides a drive around the Amalfi coast, dinner in Sorrento or Positano, a day on Capri, be sure to see Paestum with its three Greek temples. We recommend "il terrazzo di Anna" and would stay here again. We met up with my cousins, a family of three and two of us. There was lots of room. This is a nice location for both adults and families.

My husband Robert and I stayed here for our 7th wedding anniversary and we loved it. We stayed in September 2007. The family is great and the house is comfortable, extremly clean and large. The patio was our favorite spot to have a little expresso and dessert almost every night. It is quite easy to get to all locations from this apartment and the town is very friendly and quaint. Recommend this house highly for all ages with or without children. A car is a definate need if you plan on sight seeing Amalfi and Sorrento. There are buses but the car is a lot more convenient. Thanks Anna for your hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Villa for a week in November 2007. First of all Gennaro and Anna and very gracious and warm. The Villa is lovely with a terrace and a view that was spectacular. My group was loaded with people who love to cook and eat and the kitchen was amazing to work in - plenty of space. I would highly recommend this Villa to everyone and if I could afforded I would make this my annual vacation spot.
