Hi from Susan Brooks and Fred Goeddel!
We are siblings and decided to buy this condominium for our families to share. Susan has 5 grown children and 9 grandchildren; Fred has two sons. We live in Cincinnati and spent many spring break vacation weeks with our growing families on Siesta Key. Besides are wonderful memories, we both wanted to spend more time enjoying all the wonderful things that Sarasota/Siesta Key have to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Sarasota
We enjoy being on the "bay" side of the key and we wanted a first floor unit. We feel we have an extra benefit by having our lanai so close to the waterway in the harbor.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our favorite time is evening on the lanai overlooking the water and relaxing after a day of golf, shopping, boating or enjoying the activities in Sarasota.
