Six adults (ages 20 - 69) enjoyed this wonderful vacation home for six days! The home is spacious and comfortable. It is private and near the pool which we all enjoyed. The screened porch overlooking the forest is incredible and provided the perfect reading corner. The proximity to Seaside and its shops and restaurants is perfect...close, but not in the hustle-bustle. Also, we enjoyed delicious pizza at Bruno's at Seagrove Plaza which can be accessed by bike without getting on the highway, the best burgers at Flip Flop Grill, and fresh seafood at Goatfeather's. We biked to Deer Lake State Park (a favorite) which is beautifully undisturbed. Of course, we also enjoyed the public beach access at the end of Somerset Bridge Road. And the younger adults enjoyed their YOLO experience at WaterColor. Much shopping was done up and down 30A, but a favorite was Art and Junk and the owner/artist there. On our way home, we attended church at The Chapel at Crosspoint near Gulf Place. That's always a highlight of our visit to the area - love the Chapel! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

What a nice condo...it helped to make our mini-vacation super nice and the short walk to the beach was awesome!

Stayed at this lovely condo for five days in April 2011. It could not have been a more perfect place for our visit. Six of us stayed there and it was very comfortable. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there. We were impressed with how well managed the property is. From the quick response from Elizabeth to the first email sent asking about the property, to the visit from Aaron to make sure everything was acceptable. They are easy to deal with and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. The location was also very nice. There is plenty to do in the area. Did not have to go far for anything we needed. Really enjoyed Seaside! We would love to return and spend more time. Hopefully we will! Have highly recommended this property to others.

We spent a month nov 08 here . A quiet location on the edge of a heavy wooded area. We saw a few deer in the woods. A nice beach with a 10 min walk. the unit was quite nice,clean and well furnished. several decent resturants within a few miles drive. also a nice Publics about 2 miles away.
