Windy Village is a low-rise condominium sitting directly on the beach with on-site parking. Our unit is an ocean-view, two bedroom, two full bath unit on the first floor which sleeps four to six people. The home is tastefully furnished with new windows and new siding.. We are one unit back from oceanfront with sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the pool and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including baking dishes, blender, microwave, coffee pot, and utensils and serving dishes, and dishwasher along with a dining area to accommodate six people. There is also a laundry room in the condo (not shared) with washer and dryer, beach chairs, and even a few toys for the kids.
The living room includes a television with cable and a DVD player with surround sound. The living room opens to the balcony which is a perfect spot to have an afternoon cocktail or, if you're an early riser, to watch a beautiful sunrise. The sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, and a television with cable. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, also with its own television with cable and Sony PS2 with a few games.
We are approximately one-half mile to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row, Grand Prix Amusement Park, and just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach and many other Myrtle Beach amenities.
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Monthly, weekly, and daily rental rates are available October through April.

Why the Owner Chose Windy Village
We love our condo in North Myrtle Beach because Windy Hill is the best section in all of Myrtle Beach. There is a great family atmosphere, away from the craziness, but so close to the best shopping, dining, and entertainment that the area has to offer. Having the beach right outside your door isn't so bad either!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love live music. The House of Blues and the Alabama Theater are SO close. The restaurants and shops at Barefoot Landing are just great. There is truly something for everyone. It's nice to be so centrally located. It's easy to get to Cherry Grove if you want to go shagging (it's a dance...) at Fat Harold's, or head just a few miles south to the excitement and adventure that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

What a great condo - the view was even better than the picture on VRBO website!!! We had perfect weather and truly did not want to leave on Sunday. I can't wait until our October visit. Everything was so clean and comfortable and we could tell you have put a lot of work into it. Thank you for sharing

This is an immaculate, quiet, well stocked condo that we plan to visit again. You will enjoy the view from the balcony which also overlooks the pool. Perfect for a family of four!
