Regency Isle is located on Perdido Key which is not only beautiful, but less crowded and quiet; yet close to everything you need. From our tenth floor balcony, you can watch boats come and go through Perdido Pass, see dolphins jumping in the Gulf, and keep an eye on what is going on at the pool! Get an upclose view through our telescope!
If you need to come in out of the sun, the indoor pool and hot tub are just the place to be. A 42" flat screen, plasma tv is perfect for watching your favorite sports team or movie. For nights when you just don't want to go out, grilling burgers or steaks is convenient in the picnic pavillion located next to the oversize pool and deck, which has generous seating for lounging.

This large unit is upscale, with gorgeous decor and every amenity: Fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar,wet bar with ice machine, dining area, TV's in bedrooms as well as living room. Ocean view from kitchen, dining, living, and master bedroom. Huge 300 square foot balcony furnished for relaxing, dining, dolphin watching, etc. Extra large master bath has make-up vanity and walk-in closet. Separate laundry room is equipped with full-size appliances. Guest bedroom offers two double beds. The views at Regency Isle are amazing!
