We were more than pleased with everything about this condo. It is so well stocked and well maintained -perfect! I would recommend this condo to anyone - they would not be disappointed. The beach, the scenery and the surrounding attractions make for a wonderful vacation. We are already talking about a return visit. Thanks for a great week. By the way, if you have children the short trip to Alligator Alley is well worth the visit. Lots of fun for kids and adults alike.

This was our second stay at Regency Isle. This trip, spring break, was great. This condo is as well equipped as any you will find. Everything is in great condition and the owners make regular updates and repairs to keep the unit in excellent condition. Having a half-bath right at the entry door is a great convenience. The views of the gulf are great from the large balcony overlooking the pool. I have found the owners great to work with and very accommodating. Communication is great and helps make things go very smoothly. When we return to Orange Beach, I will absolutely make every attempt to reserve this condo at Regency Isle again.

My son and I enjoyed the property and the ammmenities of the property for the time that we stayed in Orange Beach. We rented the facility for the beach scenery, convenience to fish, enjoy the local restaurants and the annual boat/yacht show at the Warf. The rental unit was extremely clean and we had no issues.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our week in your lovely condo. We practically had the building and beach all to ourselves. Condo is even better than we expected - comfortable, wonderfully stocked, and relaxing. We'll be back to Gulf Shores and will certainly stay here!

We are repeat guests, and will continue to be! We love this condo...from the wonderful owner, to the comfort of the condo, to the fabulous location...it's just a piece of paradise. We always visit Orange Beach the first weekend in December. We arrived to find our favorite place welcoming us with warm sunny days (70 degrees!) and the beautiful beach. The only bad thing about being here...is having to leave! We'll be back soon!

A wonderful little piece of paradise...

I have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach since before I was born (my granddaddy built a cabin down here before I was born) and I must say that last week was one of my most fantastic vacations. We come down usually 3 or 4 times a year, and this was our last horray before school starts for my grandkids. So we packed up myself, my daughter-in-law, granddaughter, age 9, and grandson, age 7, and headed to Regency Isle. We had never stayed here before. I've always stayed at a family member's place and wasn't quite prepared for how wonderful of a place I was headed! The pictures do not do this unit justice. The cleanliness, decor, comfort, extras, view, personal touches by sweet Jenice will have us coming back over and over again! We have found "our" spot! I would recommend this unit for familys, romantic getaways, or a fun girls trip to the beach. If you come once, you will come back! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

Owner response:We make every effort to provide the most comfortable accomodations possible for our guests, so our condo is much like our home - the furnishings are quite nice, but the extras make it welcoming. It may be the throws in the living room to snuggle under while watching tv or the make-up mirror in the master bath. Maybe it's the large supply of dishes, glasses, and cookware. Each guests likes certain things. We encourage you to give us a try, to tell us what you like and what we could do better. I am extremely happy when I get a repeat booking - then I know we've succeeded in our goal. Come on down...fall is wonderful at the beach!

Great vacation destination

This is the first time my family visited the Gulf and It could not have been better. The condo was in perfect condition and supplies were ample. Communication with Jenice (owner) was splendid. She was quick to respond to all of my many questions. The beach was in great shape and the entire facility was very clean. My family was also not able to use the traditional vacation period but Jenice worked within our schedule. I particularly loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Gulf and watching the many critters swimming by. I definitely intend to make another trip to the Gulf and stay at this condo.

Awesome condominium in Orange Beach

Everything, from our not-so-normal vacation schedule to the completion of our vacation, was great at Regency Isle. Our schedule did not allow us to rent for the normal Saturday-to-Saturday and Jenice was extremely accommodating in working with us. Communication with this owner is top-notch - timely responses, lots of information given regarding the condominium and the area and all of our questions answered. This condo is in great condition and everything you need is available - plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. The bed was comfortable (although we only used the master) and there are a good supply of towels (decent ones, not the worn-out stuff you see at some other rentals). Chairs and couches are in great condition and very comfortable. Note that the TV in the master is small (19"?), but I think we only had it on one time during our stay (I'd rather look the beach and gulf outside of those huge sliding glass doors). The balcony is one of the largest we've seen - plenty of good chairs and a large dining table if you want to eat outside. Plenty of deck chairs around the pool when we were there. The outdoor pool is HUGE. We did not use the indoor pool but walked in the pool room and it looks nice. Overall, this condominium and location rate a A+ with us.

Owner response:There is so much to do at Regency Isle that you'll fall asleep tired and happy each night. The pools, beach, play areas, and other amenities keep us so busy I rarely even catch the news! Come see us and go home with your batteries recharged.

Spring Break 2011 (March 21-25)

Words cannot begin to explain how wonderful this condo is!!! Let me first say, I had never booked a reservation through vrbo.com, and I can now tell you thanks to Jenice, this will be the first of many stays booked through vrbo. Jenice made a very last minute reservation so easy. Back to the condo, let me say the pictures do not begin to do this unit justice. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and we found the unit to be immaculate!! The view from the LARGE balcony was AMAZING!! You can sit in the living room or master bedroom and hear the waves crashing, very relaxing. The unit has everything you could possibly need and more. You can tell the owners take great pride in giving their guests a fantastic stay. There is a wonderful half bath just as you enter the unit to the right that enters into the laundry room.To the left is a very large second bedroom with two full beds and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is very roomy with all the amenities you could ever need. We really enjoyed having the seperate ice maker at the wet bar. There is plenty of seating for at least 10 between the bar in the kitchen and the table in the dining area. The living room is very cozy with a large couch, loveseat and chair with ottoman. The Master Bedroom was very large with a King size bed and the Master Bath is FANTASTIC, very spacious with double vanity, walk in shower, seperate jetted tub and walk in closet. It was so nice to be able to open the balcony door in the bedroom and see the beautiful gulf and hear the calming waves. The complex is also VERY well maintained and clean. There is also a wonderful gazebo with gas grills at the complex, which we took advantage of one night and had a wonderful meal there at the condo, I know I have rambled on, but I just wanted to paint a vivid picture of such a wonderful home away from home. I have already recommended this unit to several friends and look forward to many more visits to this unit.

Spring Break 2011

Our stay was great, the condo has everything and more that a vacationing family could possibility ?need. The location on the beach is terrific; you can actually sit in the room and listen to the waves. It ?is very relaxing. The outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub are all great. The condo is also very ?convenient to many great restaurants and the Naval Aviation Museum. This was my first stay, but it ?will not be my last. Just far enough down the beach to get out of the congestion.

We found an open week in Jan. and called the Adcocks. They made it so simple to do a last minute reservation. The unit was more than we ever expected. They have every thing to make a stay there great. The details of the condo unit and the building are just as featured in the listing. We were sorry we couldn't book it for a longer time. Clean Beach, sunshine, Great Condo !! We hope to return.

I and two of my friends recently visited the lovely Orange Beach area and had the good fortune of staying in this unit. It was very nice and maintained excellently. It also offered many immenities that others at this same location do not. We have stayed at this location for our twice-annual friends getaway for the past seven years. We have never been more pleased than we were with this particular condo. The owners made it easy to reserve and having access to a lockbox with keys which eliminated the need to return them to a reality company was a great timesaver. The weather was wonderful and the beach was very clean. Our last day there was especially enjoyable as we got to watch manta rays play in the surf for the majority of the morning. It's not often you get to be up close and personal with a creature that tends to avoid humans. All in all, we look forward to more trips in the spring and fall with definite plans to reserve this unit again. You made three "Mississippi Girls" stay one of the best to date with hopes for many more!

This was an excellent vacation rental. We have stayed once before and if anything, this unit has improved in time. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do (swimming,snorkeling, fishing,etc.). My favorite was eating meals on the extra large deck. The well appointed kitchen helped make the meals special. Great condo exactly as advertised, and great owner with exceptional service. If you are looking for a family or couple oriented rental at the Gulf, this is it. The location is perfect, the building is well maintained, and the owner takes great pride in the unit and seeks to ensure that you have a great time. We have been renting vacation units on the Gulf for years, and we will be back here (assuming it's not booked!) Highly recommend.

Condo and Beaches were Great!!!

We just returned home on Sunday, June 20th and the beaches were as good as ever. We saw some activity related to the oil spill (i.e. workers, boats, equipment, etc.) but never saw any oil on the beach and nothing interrupted our normal beach activities. The crowds were down and that is a shame since the beaches were fine. As far as the condo, it was great. We have been staying at another well known condo and all agree that this unit at Regency Isle is far better. The layout is nice with 2 and a half baths, large kitchen, dining, and living areas, a great tv and an even better balcony. Beach access is easy and the pool is just right. We plan on being back.

The well-stocked, clean, comfortable condo quickly became our home for the month. Even with the cooler weather this year, the balcony afforded us many afternoons of warm sunshine for our dolphin watching and picnic lunches. The indoor pool offered hours of enjoyment for our water aerobic workout routines. The outdoor hot tub was welcoming after 18 holes of golf on one of the very affordable nearby courses. The winter Olympics were great on the big screen, Plasma HD TV. The Adcocks have done very well with their decorating and choice of new furniture. You know it's a home and not just "a room for rent". Jenice's help and quick email/mail responses made the procedure of checking in very easy. The many extras provided were much appreciated (small appliances, make up mirror, lots of towels, etc). With the beautiful Orange Beach Library, fine restaurants and nearby shopping we easily adapted to our first long stretch away from home as semi-retirees. Lots to do and see in the area. Pensacola airport is great for friends to fly in and out for a visit with us. We hope to spend longer periods of time in the AL area over the next few years and this condo would be our first choice. Thank you for helping this be the best experience in our 4 years of coming to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. Jerry

Wonderful views of the beach, the gulf and stars from a large balcony. The condo is nicely furnished, well laid out and extremely comfortable. This was our first time to Orange Beach. We had talked to Jenice on the phone seen the photos we was hoping it was everything we hoped it would be and it was from walking in the door the first day until the day we came home it was a true relaxing time.I have to say I was so happy to walk in and see how clean everything was This is the first time I have ever stayed anywhere and not cleaned the beds baths first.(My family could not belive it)THANK YOU HOUSEKEEPING! Jenice was so sweet knew we had never been there e-mailed how to get to wal-mart and any questions we had she helped.We had 5 in the condo my husband myself our sons 16 &14 and my mother in law and we had lots of room. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. From the front door and from the balcony, the views were incredible!
