This luxury, five bedroom, four and one-half bath home comes with its own private hot tub and many extras. Located in prestigious Sunbeam Estates and next to the free shuttle, guests are able to ride or walk only 2 blocks to Main Street (Downtown) and Peak 9 Village. This house is also directly across the street from the Breckenridge indoor and outdoor ice skating rink and two blocks from the town sledding park.
Realize your vacation dreams in this well appointed mountain home located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado. This house offers everything including five bedrooms, two living rooms, four and a half-baths, two car heated garage, large deck and hot tub overlooking Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Ten Mile mountain range.
HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR HOME INCLUDE:
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! The six person outdoor spa is located on the deck with breath-taking ski area views. Magnificent views are also present in the great room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen includes an extra large viking range, oven and stainless steel appliances. The elegant dining room table seats ten with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. A home entertainment/game room is located in the lower level and includes a foosball table, air-hockey table, satellite TV, DVD and VHS players, and many books and games.
A luxurious master bath includes a jetted jacuzzi tub and separate large shower. Surround sound system located on the main floor in the great room and dining room. A complete laundry room includes a large utility sink located off the kitchen for convenience.
HOME FLOOR PLAN:
The main floor consists of the great room, half-bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck with hot tub. The upper level provides guests with two bedrooms (one queen bed in the upper mini suite with a queen sofa sleeper and a king sized bed in the master bedroom) each with private bathrooms.
The lower level includes a second living room which will entertain you with a foosball table, air-hockey table, TV, books and games. Three bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (two with queen beds, and one with one queen bed and bunk beds) and two full bathroom.

We came with our 2 children and 4 friends for 4 nights in late summer. The home is perfect for kids, nice, but not too perfect, in other words, kids can be kids! Daniel, the owner is super kind, and we enjoyed talking with him as well. We will be back!

Thank you for letting my family stay in your comfortable, clean home. The open floor plan on the main floor was perfect for us and the views were spectacular, especially from the hot tub. We were able to walk into town and hike the trails nearby without having to load the kids into carseats. There were lots of good beds and bathrooms. The large deck and family room downstairs gave us extra space for quiet time. Your kitchen had everything necessary to prepare big family dinners in a beautiful setting. We look forward to coming back next year.
