The weather in San Clemente is one of the most stable and mild of any place on earth. It never gets too warm and seldom does it get too cold so that even during the fall and winter it is a great place to vacation. The home is in a gated community of only six homes of mostly adults that are seldom there so there is no traffic in front of the house to contend with.
