This was the second time we have rented the mid-level unit. From beginning to end, it was a perfect stay. The home is lovely, well-maintained, and wonderfully appointed. We feel like it's a little bit of heaven in OCNJ. The MOST spectacular part of our stay is enjoying the fabulous ocean view. We loved every minute and look forward to next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

This is the second time I rented this home. The listing discription was completely accurate. The location is perfect and the view is outstanding. The owner could not be more helpful and I would recommend this place without any hesitation. There is no reason to leave once you arrive-- sun-surf-view-the perfect combination for a perfect relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

We stayed in the mid-level unit for a vacation with extended family.This home does not disappoint! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, with great amenities. Plenty of room for 11 people. The elevator was a must for us-it was large and easy to operate. The location is perfect and the views were great! Scott is easy to work with and responsive. Definitely recommend and will rent this property again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

We rented Scott's home for a girls getaway and we all returned home relaxed with wonderful memories. The descriptions and photos while accurate, do not do this home justice. It was more than we ever expected. We were welcomed with flowers, chocolate chip cookies and a breathtaking view. Even if you experience a rainy day, you will still be able to enjoy the scenery from the deck. Everything was spotless and the kitchen very well appointed. Scott was always available to answer our questions and was quick in his replies. I would highly recommend this home to anyone and I am sure we will return. One thing that I don't remember being mentioned in the description is that this home has an elevator. It was a huge help on the move in/move out days! This home will not dissappoint!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.
