Welcome to our Newpark Condo. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, two gas burning fireplaces, a private outdoor hot tub, free WiFi, indoor/outdoor pool, a Ski/Snowboard rental shop and Cafe Rio restauraunt in the same building!

Our condo is very conveniently located within walking distance of the Redstone shopping complex. The Redstone area offers an array of restaurants, cinemas, shopping as well as a Whole Foods and Starbucks. If needed, child care is available just down the street at The Kids Cabin located within the Silver Moutain Sports Complex. Old Town Park City is within minutes of driving.

Your vacation condo is a scenic 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake International Airport. Condo ammenties also include free shuttle service to any of our three outstanding Park City area ski resorts. Just outside our complex is a bus stop for our free Park City Transit system.

  • I hesitate writing this comment because I don't want anyone to know about this great condo in Park City. I would like it just available for our family. We visit Park City in the summer and it really is the best place to stay. You can walk to almost everything. A short drive to The Olympic Park. We consider ourselves condo/hotel snobs and this is definitely a place we would like to come back to.

  • We were extremely impressed with this condo. We loved the location, furnishings, the amount of space within the condo, the clean hot tub, the comfortable beds (even the pull-outs were really,really comfortable!), granite countertops, the gas fireplaces, and of course, the condo itself. We felt as if we were staying a top-rated hotel with a kitchen! We were also very impressed with the owners quick responsiveness when we had a few questions. We hope to visit Park City again. It is a gorgeous place and we really enjoyed our stay!

  • We spent two nights during the spring break in this beautiful condo. We had such a great time! Our daughter and her friends had the suite and had a blast at the pool and in the hot tub. It's walking distance to fast food and movies for the kids. We just enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and the hospitality of the owners. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in your condo. It was so clean and the beds were so comfy! Hope to see you again!
