Our family with young kids really had a great time here. Large condo with tons of space--the facilities were great and location is wonderful for shopping and getting around. Loved it!

This condo is very comfortable for a family of 4. It is just as perfect as it looks in the pictures and very well maintained. Kids (9,13) loved the hot tub on the deck and also the outdoor hot tub & indoor/outdoor pool with the hotel. Skiing is close and fabulous, though I think the lasting memory for the kids will be the snowball fight and snow angels by the pool! Great location - easy to airport, ski areas, PC main street, and trips to SLC (recommend a visit to the new Natural History Museum and a stop for brunch at Ruth's diner on the way; Hogle zoo is also fun and easy). This was our first time in Newpark Hotel, but have stayed in Redstone area for many years. Love being able to walk to restaurants and shops - highly recommend Kneaders & Jupiter Bowl. Also Red Rock, Coldstone & Starbucks close by.. and lululemon store! Trails for running and biking. Everything was fun and easy. Thanks for a great week!

We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for our "girl trip". Myself and three collegues shared the space. We enjoyed the hot tub, workout room, and the fact that Kneeders is right around the corner. I also highly recommend the location of the property. It was great to have so many fantastic places to eat and shop right around us. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We are frequent travelers to Utah for the skiing, and this may be our new favorite place to stay. The condo was very comfortable, with very nice amenities, and the location is perfect. It was the first time we had stayed in the Newpark area, and it exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

All I can say is....this condo was fabulous! It was extremly close to all 3 resorts, about 5-10 mins away. We rented a car, but you can use the free shuttle, it stops across the street. The resort is situated in a "village" and has great shops and places to eat. Including a wonderful bakery on the 1st floor where you can get your morning coffee, or just walk to Starbucks!. The condo itself, was wonderful. Plenty of room and the beds were extremly comfortable. The owners were accommodating, and thought of everything from the sugar for your coffee to the cotton balls in the bathrooms. I have stayed in ski in/ski in before and very much enjoy the convenience, but next time we Ski Park City, we will definitely be staying here!! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, we enjoyed our vacation tremedously.

We stayed at here for the sundance film festival and it was nothing but a perfect stay. The pictures don't do this condo justice, it is a beautiful condo and hotel with everything you could ever need. We loved how much room the condo gave us unlike most small crowded hotels, and the private hot tub on the balcony was perfect after a long day in the cold. The location has great resturaunts right below it and shopping within walking distance as well. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

But at Newpark they do. The Newpark condo was super nice, the pictures do the place justice. It's in walking distance of bars, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. Only a short 5 minute drive to the Canyons and Park City. Highly recommend staying here!

I traveled to Park City with my family 3 years ago and we loved it. Now we visit Park City every year, sometimes twice a year, but we had never stayed in a place as beautiful as this condo. It has all the space you need, great location, beautiful view. The owners are super fast giving you a hand with whatever you may need during your stay. I totally recommend this place and I look forward to visit Park City and stay on it pretty soon.

After skiing most of the better resorts in Europe, we have become converts to the US ski scene and notched up visits to places such as Breckenridge, Vail and Aspen. We were told the best snow is in Utah and I must say we weren't disappointed. What we weren't told is that some of the best accommodation can also be found in Utah, specifically Park City. We rented the condo as 2 couples for 8 days and were really impressed with its spaciousness, quality furnishings and excellent locality. The condo was clean and well-maintained; it is located within a hotel complex so enjoys a grand atrium, brand new locker room for boots and skis etc, plus it is sited in a recently developed area with numerous shops and restaurants. The bathrooms are large and well equipped, there are gas fires and TVs in all the main rooms and there is a hot tub on the first floor balcony. From the condo, one can drive to Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons within 10 minutes and it only takes about 30-40 minutes to drive into Salt Lake City and the international airport. I have rented many places through Holiday Rentals and I also own a property advertised on the same website, so I am confident to say "you won't be disappointed renting this condo".

I hesitate writing this comment because I don't want anyone to know about this great condo in Park City. I would like it just available for our family. We visit Park City in the summer and it really is the best place to stay. You can walk to almost everything. A short drive to The Olympic Park. We consider ourselves condo/hotel snobs and this is definitely a place we would like to come back to.

We were extremely impressed with this condo. We loved the location, furnishings, the amount of space within the condo, the clean hot tub, the comfortable beds (even the pull-outs were really, really comfortable!), granite countertops, the gas fireplaces, and of course, the condo itself. We felt as if we were staying a top-rated hotel with a kitchen! We were also very impressed with the owners quick responsiveness when we had a few questions. We hope to visit Park City again. It is a gorgeous place and we really enjoyed our stay!

We spent two nights during the spring break in this beautiful condo. We had such a great time! Our daughter and her friends had the suite and had a blast at the pool and in the hot tub. It's walking distance to fast food and movies for the kids. We just enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and the hospitality of the owners. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in your condo. It was so clean and the beds were so comfy! Hope to see you again!
