great condo on the beach!

This was a great condo on the beach. Highly recommended for families! My only complaint was that I had two packages sent to me down there and did not receive either one. I am not sure where the mixup was, but I would just be careful if you need to receive packages at the Roney!

Owner response:I think it's best to let us know of any expected packages, that way we can inform the association keep an eye out. The Roney is a very big complex and for as good as they are at keeping up with owner's name, a different name may through them off a bit. Magaly

This was our 3rd visit to this apartment and once again we had an amazing time, the apartment made it all the more better and was very comfortable, clean and perfectly situated. The whole rental process was made easy and simple by both Magaly and the owner. We fully recommend you visit.

Excellent location, included valet is very convenient but make sure you call down beforehand so your car is waiting. Amazing view, nice pools (although you can't use Gansevoort Hotel Pool). Master bath toilet is a tight squeeze with shower. Bed needs replacing. Comfortable and affordable luxury. Owners are pleasant and responsive. You can't go wrong!

This is such a good place to spend your vacations in Miami Beach. Good condo, beautiful pool, just by the beach path, close from night-life but peacefull at the same time. Every thing went really awesome in our vacations when my family and I were staying in this place. We recommend it. Thank you Magally and crew.

After 10 days at the Roney's Palace we starting to call it home. The condo is clean, well maintained and very spacious for 4 adults and it is equipped with everything you need. The location is the best in South Beach near malls, attractions and restaurants. The owner was there to meet us, answer questions and she made us feel welcomed from the begining. I would not only recommend this property but also I am planning to return next year.

Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean and well maintained. Perfect location. The pools are fabulous. And of course the beach is always beautiful. The owner is fantastic ! ...... I would just like to say this is one of the best hotel/ condominium I ever stayed. I give it ten stars. Also the view you have of the beach is so beautiful from the sun up to the sun down. The way the house is furnish makes you feel like you’re at home. I recommend anyone to use this vacation spot, and trust me that won't be my last time staying at this beautiful condominium.

A little extra piece of paradise in SoBe!

I have been visiting SoBe for the past 12 years...6-10 times a year. Recently I was lucky enough to find this condo at the Roney Palace on VRBO. I hesitate to even call this a rental condo as it has been a long time since I've seen a rental property as beautifully appointed and in as great condition as this one. The owner not only provides the basics but a zillion little extra thoughtful touches that make your stay feel like you're at home. The condo is in great condition, very clean, more than enough linens provided, 3 walk-in closets (my personal fave feature!) and the oversized shower is heaven - I turned into a prune my first time as I didn't want to get out! What makes this condo like renting in a hotel is use of the Gansevoort pool! You'll definitely want to take advantage - try the Pink Elephant or the Mango Daquiri! Five stars to this condo - you won't be disappointed!
