Large Direct Oceanfront luxury Two Bedroom, Two bath condominium located on the beach next to the famous Sunglow Pier, in the quieter section of Daytona Beach in Daytona Beach Shores. The condominium boasts two sliding glass doors, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom for your direct oceanfront viewing pleasure. The private balcony on the third floor gives you the feeling that you can touch the beach while you watch the pelicans, surfers and dolphins go by. The unit offers split bedrooms, one with a King sized bed and the other with twin beds along with two full sized bathrooms which allow for maximum privacy. There is also a queen sized sofa bed as well as the spacious living area and full sized kitchen.
Three TV’s a VCR, plenty of closet space and ceiling fans throughout the unit give you the ability to call this home. The unit is a genuine luxury condominium that will provide you and or your family with a maximum amount of personal space and casual comfort that you would expect to experience during your stay. The outdoor pool deck offers a heated swimming pool along with a jacuzzi and common picnic area that even has a charcoal grill for those evenings that you would enjoy a family cookout!
Our location allows you to relax, swim in the pool, sit in the jacuzzi, take a walk or ride on the beach, fish out on the pier or eat at Crabby Joe's while enjoying the ocean atmosphere. Public transportation is available at your doorstep so you can explore the Main Street Pier area or the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse area. Both adventures are only 4-5 miles immediately North or South of our centralized location. We are also conveniently located within approximately 60-75 minutes of Cape Kennedy Space Center, Walt Disney World, MGM Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios, Orlando's outlet malls and historic St. Augustine.

This is an older property but freshly decorated. Great location. Great view of the beach. We had a great time!
Owner response:Sunglow resort was built in 1986 and just went through a major renovation in 2008-2009. Our building is more pleasing than before with the new colors, pool deck, renovated bath house, concierge desk, furniture and many other items that were installed during the renovation. Very nice place. Scene from balcony and condition of the swimming pool was much better than the photos from the website. Also suprised by the fantastic beach. Just enough people to keep it interesting to people watch and enough space to find a comfortable spot of your own. The master bedroom and bathroom very cozy. The king size bed was perfect and shower was huge. Unit was nicely furnished including kithcn supplies, beach chairs and balcony furniture. Property managers kept everything cleaned up and in place. Front desk workers were very nice and took care of everything we asked of them. The only problem I could report is the furnace rumbled when the A/C was on. Might just need a belt replaced or bearings...not sure. Over all the vacation was very very nice. Would do it again and recommend friends to go.
Owner response:After learning of the problem with the A/C, we had our local service man replace the entire unit along with a new hot water tank at the same time. We are constantly striving to make our unit better for everyone. Thanks for letting us know that there was a problem with our condo. We ask that all of our guests fill out surveys and this helps us in making a better place to stay for all.
