This was my second stay at this wonderful home. We stayed in 2009 and returned this year. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has any/everything you need to prepare meals. It is very well maintained and if anything, better in 2012 than our first stay. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in PCB. The pictures do not do justice to this home. Faye was wonderful to work with. We plan on making this an annual event. Many wonderful memories were made this last week!

Wonderful stay. Home was clean, roome were spacious and comfortable and had all amenities needed for a great stay. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen -- not that we cooked that much, but it was nice to have the space when more than one was preparing drinks and snacks! The most enjoyable part for us was the expansive patio area which was nicely furnished with sufficient tables and chairs (plus lounge chairs) so that we had plenty of room for friends and family who stopped by. Loved being able to walk all the way around the house without getting in the sand -- NICE! The sunsets were beautiful and the view was awesome. Faye was wonderful to work with in setting up the reservation and answering all questions promptly when they came up. We could not ask for a more pleasant experience.

We just returned from a glorious week at the beach. We loved this house. It was so comfortable and clean. Loved having the glassed in sunroom for the cold days (we had a few) and loved the patio area. It was so great to have the view of the ocean no matter what you were doing. I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen at the counter, working on my computer and I could still see the beach! Beautiful sunsets. You don't miss anything because you are right there--all the time! What can I say about Faye? She was absolutely perfect to work with. We hope to come back to this house again. The perfect place for our family.

House was very nice. Comfortable.....Not fancy, so we could relax and did not have to worry if we had a little sand on our feet. We would like to rent this home again, The only thing we would ask for is a new frying pan. The one in the kitchen is to thin and burned the food near the center. And maybe a slow cooker so you can spend more time enjoying the beach and less time in the kitchen. Other wise house and kitchen had everything you could need...Again we enjoyed this home and think it is a great place for a family get away.

We were blessed with sunshine and 80 degree weather all 7 days of our stay at this house. Faye was great to work with, house in good condition and beach is fantastic. House is gated, roomy and well kept. Highy recommend

Just returned home from a week at PC Beach. Faye, we had a wonderful time. You answered every question I had promptly. You were such a joy . The location is great and close to activities. The property was well maintained and clean with stocked bathroom supplies and the kitchen had every item we needed. It was so great for our little ones to be able to play in a fenced area and on a huge patio. My mother who is not well could sit on the patio and see and hear the waves and sand. The sunsets were amazing (Key West can't compare) and we sat on the patio and had a fireworks show from both piers. I would like to recommend this home to anyone from young to old. Hope we can come back next year!!!

My family and I stayed in this home in August. We had the most wonderful time. The ocean view was gorgous and just steps away from the back patio. The home was furnished with everything one might need. I definately want to return next year!

This home was perfect and was beautifully located right in the heart of Panama City Beach, but separated enough to provide a serene quiet getaway for our family. Plenty of room and the views were stunning. The owner of the home was most gracious and was extremely responsive. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and plan to return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. This house had everything we needed to accomadate our needs and the view was awesome. Just open the patio door and step out onto the sand. It is a family tradition for us to spend our Spring Break at Panama City Beach every year. For the past several years we have stayed at the same condo on Thomas Drive but decided this year to rent a beach house instead. My first impression of this website and the owner Faye was WOW they are really easy to work with and the quick response was wonderful. Once we arrived at the house it was wonderful… What a pretty house and the view was unbelievable! When you walk out the back door…it was like you had your own private beach but when you walked out the front door… All the excitement of PC was at your fingertips…. The teenagers loved the privacy of the apartment!! The house has a very at home feeling! The concrete patio that wraps around the front and back was great… and walking off the patio into sand…well “it just doesn’t get any better than this” The kids had the freedom to go back and forth from beach to the house without being supervised and they loved the freedom to run around outside thanks to the gated drive.. I will recommend this website and especially this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a very reasonable rate….. THANK YOU FAYE AND VRBO!! We look forward to seeing you again in 2010!!

What a fantastic spot on the beach and a great comfortable home. We've just had a fantastic time in this well equipped house. You'll love waking up to the sound of the waves on this quiet beach area. Forget the newer homes a few blocks off the beach -- we drove all of PCB and didn't see any other areas like this, beachfront, with a whole row of private homes. You won't have any regrets in renting this place. And the owners are EXTREMELY helpful and prompt with information. We'll be back!

my family and i have just spent a week in this home, and we all loved it. it was prefect.yhe house was clean and well supplied we almost everything we needed. we had a wonderful timeon the beach, which was only a few steps away.we would recommend this vacation home to anyone who loves the beach like we do.the owners were very helpful with any question i had... thank you for letting us stay.

We just spent a week in this lovely house. I did not want to leave. So nice! The house is very well equipped. Plenty of dishes, towels and bed linens. The house is nice, but when you walk out the door onto the patio, it is wonderful. A view to die for, just steps to the sand and sea. The beach is not crowded, because there are no condos right next door. I love it and would go back today if I could. Great house & great people to deal with.

We stayed in this home during the Thunder Beach Bike Rally May 2nd thru the 6th and loved it! Not only was it convenient to all the venues for the rally, but because it's located parallel to Front Beach Road, we could sit in our lawn chairs in the shade of the carport and watch all the bikes roll by. I almost hate to leave this positive comment because I don't want others to discover this place! The home itself was clean and updated and decorated very tastefully in (of course) a beach decor. It also was stocked very well with linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, basic tools, etc. It was obvious someone put a lot of thought into it. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this beachfront home on a short trip to Panama City Beach in March. I would highly recommend it to those who are looking for a quiet place to call home within easy reach to all of the beach's amenities including restaurants, a water park and shopping. We really loved the enclosed driveway, which could hold multiple vehicles or provide a safe place for children to play. The house was comfortable, clean and up-to-date. Best of all, it has a nice sunroom which opens out onto a large patio (complete with lounge chairs and a weber grill). Beyond that, it's just beautiful sandy beaches and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! The homeowner was always fast to respond to our inquiries and was willing to be flexible to accomodate our needs. FYI, our other inquiries to similar homeowners on VRBO went unanswered. Enjoy your trip!
