While you are here, we hope you will take advantage of the one block walk from the town house to the Mississippi River Walk (bring your walking shoes). Walking along the Mississippi River can be a soul-searching experience. Sunrise and sunset, in this town, can be mesmerizing to be sure.
You will be minutes away from all of the downtown action and after a great day, you can retreat to the peaceful environment of Mud Island and the comforts of this luxury townhouse. It is equipped with all the comforts of home and so much more. The house is completely furnished with antiques and original art in harmony with contemporary furnishings. It is a setting of both luxury and comfort. The private garage entrance makes parking easy and provides privacy. This has been a plus for those in the entertainment business. The home is stocked with supplies and linens. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans and spices.
This home offers quick access to downtown excitement; we are minutes from: Tour agencies, The FedEx forum (NBA Grizzlies arena), The national civil rights museum, The Underground Railroad museum, The Orpheum Theater, Auto Zone baseball park, Peabody Place entertainment and shopping center, South main art district, the cannon, the downtown Memphis restaurants and world famous Beale Street.

1. What is the bed situation, specifically as to numbers and sizes? There are three sleeping arrangements, King sized bed in the master suite, A full sized bed in the second bedroom suite (both are upstairs) and a full sized sofa-bed in the bedroom/den downstairs. It is your call to decide if these sleeping arrangements will meet your needs. If there are three couples this may be ideal, but that is up to you. Each bedroom has an attached full bath. The house sleeps up to six people. 2. What is the best way to get downtown - cab, walk or drive? Our guests have done all three. It is a little over a mile to walk from the town house to the trolley on Main Street. Some have parked their cars at the base of the bridge and walked over the bridge to take the trolley. The bridge is only 2/10 of a mile long. Others drive the 4-6 minutes and park downtown at the many garages, meters, lots or free parking. Your drive to the action would be about 2-3 minutes were it not for the traffic lights. 3. Are cabs hard to get? Cabs are available, just look in the phone book at the town home and call them up. You can also catch them in front of the hotels on your way back. 4.May I have an address so I can map it? So sorry, we cannot give out the address until the house is booked, but you can use this address to get a general idea of directions and distance:

How far away are you from Graceland? Total distance: 10.2 miles. Estimated travel time: 0:15 minutes. 7. When is check in and checkout time? Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We ask that all guests please stick to the 10:00 AM checkout time. The housekeeper needs much more time to clean an entire house between guests. 8. Is linen available? Yes, the house is equipped with linen, towels, spices, paper products etc., and you will want to bring your personal grooming products. 9. Can the house be previewed prior to commitment? Most certainly, as long as there are no guests there and we can agree on a mutual time. 10. Is there a deposit or do we pay in full in order to book the place? To secure your dates you must pay in full. 11. What if I want to have a party? All parties must be approved. Neighbors are only too happy to report parties… 12. How do I gain entrance to the home? If there is no one there to greet you, you will receive a code to a lock box on the front door, which will contain the key. 14. Where do we park? The house has a private garage in back with a remote door opener. A second car can park on the street. Please avoid blocking mailboxes.

1. Base rates-$175.00/night off season and -275/Night during peak season 2. Peak season months May, Nov., Dec. Credit cards are taken through an online invoice through PayPal you do not have to be a PayPal member to make your payment. Policies
1. Refunds are given in full up to 3 days after a booking. After 3 days cancellation refunds are given up to one month (30 days) prior to your arrival date, minus a 25% handling fee. Cancellations inside of 30 days prior to arrival can be applied to future rentals in full if reservations are made within one month. After one month, funds minus 25% may be applied to future rentals. Funds must be used within one year from the date of cancellation. Book early for Memphis in May
