This quiet one bedroom guest house is located in residential Hollywood/Los Angeles at 971 N Wilton Place (90038) just off Melrose St. Passing through the remote controlled gated entry (with parking) brings you to our guest house. It is a 900 square-foot, fully furnished one bedroom apartment near studios, restaurants and shopping. It contains all new (December 2006) contemporary decor; a queen bedroom suite with large and small dressers, an L-shaped couch with queen sofa bed in living room, a dining table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The living room has a 27-inch, high definition flat screen TV with premium cable channels and a DVD, while the bedroom also has a premium cable channel TV. The guest house is equipped with wireless internet throughout. A laundry room is attached to the guest house and a manager lives on the premises.
