We can now offer VIP tickets to any Cirque Du Soleil show including "O" and "Love" exclusively to our guests. These tickets are the best in the house, typically in the first 10 rows, and never made available to the public. These Cirque du Soleil tickets are almost always available for any date or show time even when the box office says SOLD OUT! You pay only the face value of the tickets plus a small processing fee. A confirmation number will be sent to you and your tickets will be available for pick-up at the box office prior to your show.
UPDATE- As you may know the hotel no longer provides housekeeping services and amenities to suites not booked through the hotel. This includes bed linens, towels, bathrobes, toiletries, coffee etc. Most of the owners/management co.'s have chosen to significantly downgrade or eliminate these items and contract with third parties for cleaning.
We have chosen to keep the same quality products or higher than those offered by the hotel in all of our suites. We have our own housekeeping company that services our suites exclusively. As owners we are very focused on providing immaculate suites to our guests.

Great Property but TERRIBLE service + overcharging by bluechip -VRBO rental group

DO NOT rent from bluechip -VRBO rental group. I had a terrible rental experience with this owner/group. They overcharge you + when I called to inquire at check-in that the hotel was $50 dollars cheaper that night they are unreasonable, mean, and yelled at me for even asking WHY. No discount, no apology, or nice explanation --just mean and rude. Horrible customer service!!!! Room was very dusty + dirty, with molded food in refrig. Called on this and again the woman Caroline was rude and mean and told me I could leave if I didn't like it. She then blamed me for checking in early --when they had OKed it and had front desk issue the key. AWFUL rental company made it a terrible rental experience. I have used VRBO many times + this is first time I had an poor experience. I will never rent from them again. Be warned!

Loved everything about the place, really had all the amenities and allowed for some tranquility in the shimmer and shake of Vegas. Management Company was good, staff is all top notch and I can't say enough about the landscaping and grounds keeping. Used the lounge for quiet nightcap and Starbucks for a morning coffee. The valets were quick and courteous. This accommodation was the best bang for the buck I have ever had. Thanks to bluechipvegas and the staff at the Signature MGM for making our first trip to Vegas so comfortable.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Without hesitation I can strongly commend Ruth for all of my pleasant dealings with her. My husband and I have stayed in her suite twice and both times she was nothing less than wonderful to work with. She truly cares about the people who stay in her suite, is supremely trustworthy and will do anything in her power to make your trip special both prior and during your stay. She also requests feedback on your visit hoping that with each guest she will secure a lifetime business relationship. In a few words: excellent customer service. The suite itself is absolutely stunning and it's great to be so near to a large casino (the MGM is connected by a series of moving walkways) yet so separate. Its pool (with bar) is a good size, there is no smoking in the building (a welcome haven from the smoky casinos), there is a workout room, deli, cocktail lounge, tiny convenience store and a Starbucks. What more could you want? Do not look any further for your Vegas accommodations...

Called up the owner to see if her place was open for two nights, because my place was taken. I'm a vrbo owner as well and ruth was able to accomodate me. She is very professinal and a wonderful person to talk with. I arrived at the hotel, and it was like I was in another world, I was floored when I walked in the room, views, views, views. Its so close to everything, why get a hotel room, when you can be treated with royalty at the signature suites.

Just wanted to share my GREAT experience with Ruth and the MGM Signature. We reserved Ruth's penthouse for five nights and had a great time. She is great about communicating every step of the way, including while we were on vacation (via email). I had contacted several owners before finding her listing and was pleased with the price (MUCH lower than other owners) and the process. The penthouse was beautiful, as promised. We especially liked the jacuzzi tub, comfy bed and kitchen area. The pool area was also great - nothing nicer than having cold cloths and bottles of water delivered to your chair free of charge. The service is impeccable at the Signature - I've stayed at properties like the Ritz-Carlton and Fairmont and the Signature ranks up there as far as service, room quality and overall property quality go. I highly recommend the property and this owner! Please email with questions.

We just stayed at this unit for 3 nights and it was wonderful. You don't need a strip view to see plenty of city lights and the moon coming up. It has every luxury you will need and is very comfortable. We liked being in a non-smoking, non-gaming tower. We used the fitness center - it was great and it is a short walk to the MGM main property. We will definitely rent from this owner again. Thanks Ruth for everything!
