NEW Cabinets, Appliances including WASHER/DRYER. Totally furnished with a beautiful decor. Italian porcelain tile floors, new king mattress/linens, two cable TVs, new queen sofa bed, side by side refrigerator (filtered water). Cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD good sound system. All you need are bathing suits and beach towels. WIFI IS AVAILABLE IN THE CONDO. Laundry soap provided.

  • My husband and I stayed at the condo the 2nd week in September. The condo was beautiful and having the beach chairs was a great bonus. We had other friends rent condo's at the same time but ours was by far the nicest. I want to thank Ms. Barclay for making our vacation one of our nices ones. I would recommend this condo to anyone, except for my week.

  • The perfect family vacation! Tricia made sure we had everything we needed. All appliances are new, and the unit was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The bunk beds in the alcove worked great for the kids. Having Bikini Bob's on-site for lunch (cheaper than going to McD's) and the gift shop (with great Ice Cream) meant that we didn't have to leave the property all day. We spent more time on the sand than any past beach vacations because of the convenience of the beach chairs / umbrella. We were impressed with the security at the gate and the personnel that walked the property all day and night making sure everything was clean and safe for the guests. We are already planning to stay in this unit next year. See ya next year, Tricia! Your Freinds from Columbus, OH.

  • WOW! What an amazing condo! Pictures do not do it justice! The condo is so nice and clean! This condo is very up to date and nicer than any other one we've ever seen at the Summit! The beach chairs were very nice and a great plus to the package Tricia provides. Tricia being so nice and kind added an extra charm to our vacation. Thank you Tricia! We will definately stay at this condo again!

  • This is no doubt the best furnished and equipped condo in the Summit Complex. The condo is decorated to provide warmth and a touch of home for it's guests. Our stay was one of the best we've had in many years. We'll definately consider this property for future vacations!

  • We loved this condo-it is by far the nicest one at the Summitt. Ms. Barclay was most accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The sound system is fabulous!! And the kitchen is totally equipped. She has a great eye for detail!!!

  • I have stayed in a lot of units at the Summit, as I visit my parents 3 or 4 times a year. This is by far the nicest. The decor is lovely - very bright and cheery, the kitchen has everything my own kitchen at home has - even the knives are actually sharp! The ceiling fan in the living room is a nice touch, as is the track lighting in the kitchen. The cabinets have been updated and the granite countertops are very nice. Unlike most other units in the Summit, you won't find wobbly electrical outlets, mold on the ceilings and run-of-the-mill beachy-type furnishings. This place is very modern and pretty. It felt just like home. Thanks, Trisha. I will definitely be calling you again.

  • Our family has been vacationing in PCB for 20 years, this condo was by far the best. Having your beach chairs waiting on you everyday is just icing on the cake.
