End Unit with beautiful landscaping, roses and fresh fruit just steps from your door. Two suites separated by great room for maximum privacy - King in Master; Queen in second suite. Patio situated perfectly to observe both sunrise and sunset daily. Eat-in kitchen is bright and sunny, perfect for reading morning newspaper (available for subscription).
Many swimming pools in complex, so the swimming pool just 20 steps from the covered patio, is almost private for just your use. Natural gas grill and patio table and chairs make outside eating fast and easy while you enjoy the mountain views.
Three PGA West courses may be played with any golf member, while the other courses at PGA West are semi-private and you can make a tee-time up to 48 hours in advance. Other public and semi-private courses are within easy drive distance. Information and restaurant tips are in the "Guest Information File Folder" in the unit, which we hope will make your stay more enjoyable.
Two-car garage with storage; daily trash pick-up (except Sunday). Additional maid service during visit available for extra fee.
New Costco within two miles, Ralph's grocery one mile and old La Quinta just minutes away.
