  We had a wonderful time in this unit over Spring Break. The rollaway beds were perfect for the kids. There were plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with food staples - some spices, etc. We wished there had been a cookie sheet and a griddle for pancakes. The grill was a nice addition, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We have had a rough year with the economy and are ready for a vacation. So we were discussing our options with the kids and threw out Disneyland and Moab. The kids chose Moab. We love "our condo" there. It is as comfortable as home and we actually go home refreshed not worn out.

  Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. It was more than expected. We had a family reunion in Moab and most of the others stayed in campgrounds and got soaked. We were dry and well rested, while the others had a rough night.We enjoyed the view and the pool. The only improvement I would make is provide a griddle. Thanks again Kathy Neil

  This condo is one of the nicest, well-equipped and convenient I have ever stayed in. My family and I had everything (and more) supplied that we needed. We will certainly stay here on our next trip to Moab!

  Super clean, super nice, and super quiet (yet convenient). Very well equipped. One of the best in town (and I've been visiting for 20+ years). The owner is very easy to work with.

  Q3 is a wonderful unit - very well appointed, clean and convenient for our family. It was perfect for my parents, wife, three small children and I. We felt as if we were at home and so enjoyed all that Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and the surrounding area had to offer. We'll be back!!

  I stayed for a month in early 2008 and was very impressed, not only with the condo, but the kindness of the owners. Here are a few highlights::: I needed nothing… everything was provided… e.g. one of the most complete kitchens I have seen in a rental:: Garage… sweet for keeping your car out of the weather… again, most have parking lots like apartments:: Views… incredible and 360 degree views. Woke up to mountains on all sides:: Great location… 5 miles south of Moab in a nice, quiet, neighborhood… nice to go “home” to:: Great owners… did not deal with a big property management firm… talked directly to the owners and they are super:: Price… all rentals are basically close in price, but value-for-dollar, you cannot beat what the owners have included in this unitI stay in a LOT of places for a month at a time. This place felt like I was visiting someone’s home. Very cool!!

  We stayed in Moab for four nights in this wonderful condo. We highly recommend #117910. It was very beautiful, both inside and out and convenient to town and the national parks. Even though the complex is large, we usually had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. When there were others there, it was nice to meet fellow "Moab explorers" and hear about other sites we had not yet visited. We visited Utah and Arizona for a 2-week national park extravaganza and this Rim Village condo was without a doubt the nicest accommodations we had. Enjoy!

  This condo was perfect for our two families! Our husbands take the "manly man" bike trip to Moab every year and it was our turn for the "family trip". The 8 of us were so comfortable and had the best time together cooking meals, playing games, hanging in the hot tub, and watching movies in the evenings after our fun days on the biking and hiking trails. We WILL be back! And, I will recommend your condo, with its beautiful views, to others! Thank you. Thank you!
