This newly built 3425 sq. ft. beautiful, spacious, bright cape cod home is on a small cule-de-sac with a good sized yard. Beautiful kid friendly Ridgevale Beach is just over a half mile down the street, and Downtown Chatham shops are only 2 miles away.
This house has an open floor plan with lots of windows, and high ceilings. There are two covered porches to watch the sunset from. The large, eat in center island kitchen opens to a spacious family room, and out to a deck and screened porch, making it great for large families and those lazy afternoon barbecues.
The 22 feet x 14 feet bonus room/bedroom is private with its own seperate stairs, and can be used as a second family room or bedroom.
There is plenty of space for everyone to relax. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. There is another bedroom with a queen bed.
There is 2 rooms each with a twin bed and then another large bedrooom with two sets of bunk beds that have double beds on the bottom and twin on top. You will truely enjoy your vacation here.
