We had a fabulous time in Bali and just wanted to send you a thank you. VIP clearance went so well, it made us feel we were on a great start. Made is a great guy and made us feel very welcome. Villa Sedap Malam and Wayan were wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, even the security guys. The eats list you sent on was just fabulous and helped us enjoy ourselves to the hilt...Just a shame we weren't there for longer to try them all! Thanks again Anita, Michael and girls

Just wanted to let you know how fantastic our holiday was. Villa sedan malam is beautiful! Loved every minute of it. Wayan is excellent and his banana pancakes are delicious.

Thank you again for a great holiday. I'm taking the time to write this review seeing how we relied almost entirely on reading the past reviews to make our choice of Villas. We had a great time and everything went very smoothly. The owners were easy to deal with and their communication was always quick and reassuring. We were greated at the airport by the very pleasant Maday (the driver) and brought to the Villa and were pleased to see the that the place looked as good as the pictures from the website. All the staff were great to have around and looked after us very well. Wayan and Butu made breafast and kept the place spotless and Sri offered great spa services which was conveinient an great value. They are a true asset to the villa. Everything was easy and the Villa's location was perfect to ease us into Bali for the first time. Lots to see beach close by, retaurants and welcoming luxury hotels on the beach to watch sunsets with cocktails. Mr. Windi and Mr. Romi made sure we had everything we needed and were always helpful. We watched, amazed, Romi organised one of the bedroom's aircon to be fixed involving a complete unit change until late in the evening with extreme diligence and dedication to fixing the problem. We brought my parents along as a surprise (they had flown all the way from Montreal to Australia to meet their grandson's for the first time) and were delighted by the Villa's confort and people's friendliness. Our 10 months old son loved the pool and the Cot was really appreciated and saved us bringing one along. The baby monitor was a nice touch that gave us freedom to use the pool and kitchen at nap times. The great room service from the hotel next door saved my parents the trouble of leaving the confort of the villa which gave my wife and I great freedom to visit the many restaurants nearby for great food and cocktails. A special mention to the restaurant La Luciolla who gave us a perfect sunset experience and Delicious Onion (funky little cafe nearby) for its friendly staff, funky vibe and good food. Thank you again for a perfectly relaxing Bali experience.

This villa is in a wonderful part of Bali. Close enough to the best restaurants and shops but still close enough to the busier parts like Kuta and Ubud. The accommodation is first class and at the same time warm and welcoming. Everything is taken care of for you - the balinese and Australian hosts are accessible and professional. It was our 5th visit and by far our best – we are actually looking at airfares to go back for Xmas. The villa and the staff were wonderful and fulfilled all of our expectations. Wayan is such a sweet helpful boy who was so eager to please....Putuh was the consummate host – impeccable in his dealings with us. It is a wonderful operation you have going....Great position, loved the easy walk to the beach and the Serinande for when we couldn’t be too bothered to go out. Also the massages at Villa Asri were superb and the beach crew were excellent – just loved them!!!!!!So thankyou and look forward to staying with you again. Cheers, Jo

Thank you for your follow up email. We had an amazing honeymoon and loved staying in Villa Sedap Malam. Everything from the inside, outside and location was perfect. Wayan, the villa house-keeper, was fantastic; very polite, accommodating and friendly, plus he cooked a great breakfast and was meticulous in cleaning the villa. Everything was better than we expected! ... Thank you for the great service, we have already recommended the accommodation to our friends & family and we will definitely be back! We loved the villas of excellence , truely the best holiday wev'e ever had and found the 3 week stay too short. Full marks to Wayan for his friendly and supportive manner to his work ethics , a pure gentle person. He had his work cuttout for him with a family of 5 and that comprised of 3 teenage boys in which I think he enjoyed their company . The express clearance was a real treat , even had the boys comment that they felt like royalty and were totally blown out from the service provided . Thanks very much for that service as we didn't request it . Made was our favourite driver and could relate better to our boys in their terms and I found his good english and knowledge a real plus , His honesty was outstanding. The Villa , can't fault anything , the DVD player crashes , a new one replaced that day and within Hrs ,..Villa Sedap Malam was everything we expected it to be and I'm sure the others are of high standard . We loved Seminyak compared to the bustle of Kuta , more relaxed and the locals not as aggressive in selling and after time they really got to know our boys well. Pool was excellent. Bali was beautiful... we had a beautiful, peaceful time. The weather was hot and sunny most of the time with some rain right at the end. A couple of brilliant tropical storms which we always love ! The villa was terrific, looking beautiful and everything went like clockwork. It is a very comfortable Villa to stay in.You have thought of just about everything... The addition of the mobile phones was fantastic. What a brilliant thing to do for families . It was a very personal touch that sets your villa apart from others. The villa staff are excellent obviously handpicked and well looked after by your good selves .It was a lovely familiarity to have pretty much all the same staff as last year. Wayan as usual was wonderful to have around. He goes about everything he does in such a gentle unobtrusive way but with an attention to meticulous detail . He really is a lovely, genuine trustworthy young man. He invited our 20 year old son to play soccer on Seminyak beach on Sunday afternoons with him and all his Balinese mates . It was lovely to watch ! Sri , the massage therapist is so sweet , and her service was excellent. Your security guards could not have been more helpful. I managed to book Candi the driver for about 6 days of our stay . He was also brilliant, excellent English and knew how to get to everywhere we wanted to go. I would happily recommend your villa and have already done so to friends for future stays. Sharon & Chris B

Thank you so much for helping to make our holiday just perfect! Our holiday started from the time we walked in the door when we were greeted with fresh fruit and fruit cocktails and an introduction to the staff. The villa was kept immaculate during our stay by Wayan and nothing (and I mean nothing!) was ever too much trouble for Mr Windi. We were pampered from breakfast to dusk. This was our first trip to Bali and I am already planning another trip back with our daughters. The tranquility of the villa and a swim in the pool after the hustle and bustle of the streets of Bali was something to look forward to at the end of each day. You truly know how to add the finishing touches to a holiday. I loved the way that the information folder covered absolutely everything. The use of the phones was extremely appreciated as I thought that my phone would work overseas, but of course you never know until you try it, so for me not to be cut off from our daughters at home was a godsend. I have already sent the link to your website to family and friends as I was inundated with questions once they saw our photos on facebook! Once again thank you so much and look forward to booking again soon.
