You won't find a more perfect Gulf View Villa!! We have gone to great lengths to make our second home beautiful and inviting. Our unit is second floor, for a great view and privacy. With 1227 square feet, it is roomy and comfortable. Influenced by the British West Indies, the furnishings and hardwood floors give the unit a breezy, tropical feel you won't want to leave behind.
Relax while enjoying the gulf view, or join in the excitement that is Panama City Beach. Use the gate right below our balcony to walk across the street, right out to the beach. Or you can hop on a tram, or use the walkover to go to the lagoon pool and beach for live music by the pool (seasonal). There is a heated smaller pool just behind the unit if you want more privacy.
After sunset, which is often magnificent, join in the fun of the many night spots and the entertainment that Panama City Beach boasts. Shops at Edgewater provides a bowling alley, game room, restaurants, shopping and more - all just steps from your door. Walk to the new Grand Panama Plaza, or a short ride down the strip will take you to Pier Park. This is just the spot for special events. You can even watch the parade from the balcony!!

My sisters and I wanted a place to get our families together for vacations. We love the sugar white beaches of Panama City, so we decided to look around for the perfect gathering place on the Gulf Coast. We wanted split bedrooms, 2 baths, and a roomy unit with a view of the water. When this unit came up for sale, we knew this was "the one". It was a lot of fun decorating and furnishing the unit to be personal and comfortable- our home away from home. We have enjoyed many family vacations, and with 1227sf, we had room for lots of cousins! You will want to make it "your place" too.

We were very pleased with the beautiful furnishings and gulf view. The villa was much more private than the towers. No through-traffic in the parking lot. We felt "at home".
