The BEACH BUNGALOW is nestled in a private garden separate from the Nautical home. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with optional 3rd bedroom features a fireplace, cozy living room that opens to the remodeled, well-equipped kitchen. The dining/sitting room has a Murphy bed for additional sleeping area. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, one off the kitchen/dining area and a private patio off the master.
These homes can be rented individually or together. Nestled in a gated compound with 2 parking spaces for each bungalow. Spacious and roomy each home is immaculate and welcoming. Once you vacation here, you will be back year after year!

I love the idea of having two beach houses on the same property. Each home is unique and allows a group to have the privacy they can enjoy yet still be together as a group. We have had wedding parties, reunions and coorporate stays. It's a very popular vacation rental with past clients returning year after year. That's the biggest complement that we can have!
