There may not be a prettier view of the Colorado River than from your patio deck of this Mediterranean-style townhome located two miles downstream of Parker Dam right on the river. The home is one of four units sharing a large 65 foot dock that will accommodate several boats and Jet Skis. This is the Colorado River vacation rental that can meet your needs.

Public boat ramp is located one mile downstream at River Island campground. This stretch of the Parker Strip is ideal for water-skiing and wake-boarding. Have your breakfast on the deck overlooking the river and then jump into your ski boat and get an early morning run on glass water.

The unit has two queen beds in a large upstairs bedroom with room for two occasional twin beds (provided), a king bed in the downstairs bedroom and a convertible sofa in the living room.

There is an attached two-car garage and a large driveway for boat trailer.

Snowbird rentals are welcome for the winter months.

  • We just discovered the VRBO website and our visit to the Villa on the River was wonderful. We found the accomodations extremely comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The use of a private dock was very convenient with our waverunners. The owner was very corgial when we arrived and helped us settle in. It was as nice as staying in a hotel with beach front access! I would recommend this location to anyone - we intend to go back soon.

  • I have stayed in the Villa twice now and have booked the third stay already. The location and the views are unbeatable, much better then being in the Keys. Larry is a great homeowner to deal with and the house has everything needed to cook,serve and sleep 10 people including a BBQ!

You really have a great place on the prettiest part of the river, and at our favorite skiing/wakeboarding spot! I think we'll be regulars! Thanks again,

  • Myself my wife and two friends just stayed at this rental over memorial weekend. It was great, looked just like the pictures, was nice and neat, stocked with all conveniences and the owner was fantastic as he was nearby it was like having a personal guide he was so friendly. We had our new boat out first time on river he helped with the ins and outs and even has the best guide written up in the condo for everything from food delivery to local watering holes and hazards to watch out for. This place is truly set up to just arrive with your toys drop in the water dock up relax and enjoy the river and scenery. Highly recommended we'll definitely go back.
