We stayed a long weekend in March in this nice little condo. We had four people plus two year old with lots of room upstairs and down. We loved the patio facing the rim and the hot tub was perfect in the evenings. The condo was very clean and decorated well, kitchen is well stocked. 5 minute drive to Moab, and very nice and quiet. Matt was great to work with. He even made sure I was sent my keys after leaving them in the condo. We will definitely be back.

My husband I stayed here recently with two of our friends. We were only in town for a few days, so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the hot tub, pool, etc. But the house itself was fabulous. It was quite spacious and very well-kept. Six adults could easily stay there in complete comfort. I highly recommend the ranger-led Fiery Furnace tour if you are going to visit Arches NP.

I'd give no stars if that was an option. The property advertises many ammenities, like AC and Wi-Fi. When we arrived, neither worked. After the owners had our entire rental fee (they require prepayment of the entire rental before arrival), they were unreachable for OVER 24 hours on the 1st day of the stay to address the problems we discovered upon arrival. Finally, after no word from owners for over a full day/night, and after one very, very warm, miserable, and sleepless night, (and with two nights remaining in the insufferable heat), we had the AC repaired for the short term benefit of ourselves and the long term benefit of the owners on Saturday evening. You can't get any contractor to do anything on Sunday, especially in UT) but the only HVAC contractor in town who would come Sat. evening fixed the AC for a very reasonablef sum of $234 (an amount likely entirely tax deductible by the owners of the property). So, if you go, the AC works thanks to us. But owners refuse to pay for the repair! Owners never remedied the lack of internet access either, and actually claimed, despite their express advertisement to the contrary (which claims the renter will enjoy both AC and Wi-Fi), that THEY MAKE NO GUARANTEES AS TO ANY OF THE AMENITIES PROMISED! UNREAL! We've had to sue the owners to get them to reimburse us for the required and necessary repair to their AC unit and the installed AC parts that we bought but that they now are enjoying. THE OWNERS CLAIM THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF OUR REPAIR FOR FREE!!! I would not, ever, under any circumstance, recommend that anyone rent this property. Apparently the condo is also for sale, so the owners seemingly simply don't care what happens to the short term vacation renters or even the property itself as we discovered that at least the AC and internet were in a state of serious disrepair. Once the owners get your money, you're on your own and SOL. Take heed: RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I came out to vacation and adventure for my birthday with some friends and had the best time. The condo was not only beautiful, it was spacious and in the perfect location for all of the activities I wanted to do. Also, not to mention the great pools and hot tubs. I will definately try and rent every time I return

We vacation in Moab frequently and have stayed in this unit on several occassions. Each time we found it to be clean, well maintained and stocked with pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub facilities are a bonus as well! This property will remain our first choice for lodging in Moab. Tina J. - Arvada Colorado

This property was exceptional, the property was immaculate. It was nice to be out of town, so peaceful, I enjoyed many hours in the pool. We visited the Cowboy Muesum, drove many of the Jeep Trails, took in a movie, and enjoyed many of the local resturants. The owners were wonderful to work with. We hope to return next year. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend!

What a great place to stay! We have been to Moab many times and this is by far the best accomodations we have had. Everything was clean and new. Plenty of space for all six of us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the tennis court. So nice having garage access too. The kitchen was very well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Thanks for making your condo comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again!

Wow! The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. We loved the location and the bed was very comfortable. We rarely find places as nice and clean as this unit. Moab was wonderful and we'd definitely rent from you again if we return. You've done a great job with the unit.

The location was great because it was just outside of town--so quiet. Like the decor--modern. The positives--wonderful master bedroom-spacious, comfortable plus great kitchen with all utensils/items needed and nice games/books in the condo and nice to have garage access--since it was getting hot already in late March. Unfortunately the raised dining seating somewhat difficult for older adults and small children. Also, we could not find the grill and some extra pillows were definitely needed. Also, the stereo system did not seem hooked up correctly. Plus, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathrooms--it's good that one of our party came prepared. Some improvement needed but overall we had a nice stay.
Owner response:Thanks for your comments. This is a brand new unit so we are improving all the time. The gas grill is now in place and we have added some more pillows.
