  I booked this house for a little getaway when my mother and sister were visiting from Ireland. The house looked beautiful from the photos posted on the web site but was even better in real life. The house was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and very well kitted out for all your possible needs. My mother and sister loved the house so much that I had difficulty luring them out! We had most of our meals at the house sitting out on the deck enjoying the ocean view. We did eventually leave the house and got to enjoy the very scenic cliff trail walk nearby (several times), and the elephant seals and of course Hearst Castle a short drive away. The town of Cambria is lovely and well worth a little ramble. All in all this was a great place to stay in a wonderful part of California. If you are interested in visiting the Cambria area I highly recommend this home as your vacation base!

  We stayed here in August 2012 and brought our two teenagers. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and outfitted with everything we needed. Just a few blocks to to Lampton Cliffs Park (tide pools) and a few more blocks from the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve (great for walks or jogging)...and close to everything in Cambria because the town is so "cozy". Very quiet neighborhood with many gorgeous homes. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and even BBQ'd once on the deck. Very nice that there are three bathrooms: my wife and I had the master bath and our kids each had their own. Deer wander the neighborhood daily, hummingbirds galore, and "Danny Boy" (the orange tabby next door) greeted us upon arrival, wanting to be petted. Our kids were delighted. I have to say that returning to Los Angeles at the end of our vacation was difficult for us after such a wonderful, peaceful, vacation in Cambria. Looking forward to returning again soon! Thanks, Deb, for making this reservation so easy and convenient for us!

  This house is clean and comfortable. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just blocks from the ocean. Within walking distance of the house is a beautiful nature preserve with a boardwalk path as well as 3 coastal access spots. Owners have thought of everything! It is worth a trip to Morro Bay to have dinner at Windows on the Water. This is a perfect base to travel up to Big Sur for the day.

  No complaints with this house, great neighborhood and comfortable house, perfect for my wife and I would stay here anytime. Well equipped and clean. Easy access to the beach and Hearst Castle.

  This was our first "non-hotel" experience and having made all of the arrangements online I was a bit nervous about the outcome. After a very long day of travel flying into San Francisco, battling stop and go traffic in the evening, winding through narrow and foggy roads in the dark we were exhausted and ready for sleep and hoping our accomodations would be "OK". We trudged up the stairs, located the lockbox, removed the key, turned it in the lock, slowly opened the door and flipped on the lights. In an instant it felt like our home away from home. It truly is a "wonderful ocean view home within walking distance to the sea". Very clean and well appointed . Simply beautiful decor and attention to detail. Awesome bedding and super soft towels too. We attended a wedding while in Cambria but decided it is definitely a place we would love to come back to for a week or more of sheer relaxation. Fanatastic walks by the rugged ocean shore and nature preserve. Wonderful, quaint and unique shops, stores and restaurants in the village. Far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this quiet, peaceful and lovely home. Thanks for an exceptional stay!

  This home was in a quiet, serene neighborhood. It was so charming to see deer wandering through the neighborhood. A close walk to the beach and a short drive to the attractions of Cambria. My friends and I had a delightful time staying in this clean, lovely home. Having a well appointed kitchen in which to fix meals was so nice. It was truly a memorable vacation.

  What a beautiful home...location & ambience...just like the pictures showed! The house has a very warm, comfortable, relaxing feel to it...we will definitely be back! It was also so nice to be able to walk out the door & find beautiful walks along the ocean and with incredible views. Thank you for providing such a charming place!

  A large airy two bed plus mezzanine floor with good view. Very clean and well equiped. Close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants. We had a great stay and would recomend it to our friends. The agent was very helpful.
