We have just returned from a 2 week stay where we had a great time.The villa is really special and is well positioned in a gated community .Its very handy for all the theme parks and the weather for this time of year was really pleasant and its very handy for the shops and golf courses.

Family Fun in Florida

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Florida. The house was wonderful and and our family had a great time. We would recommend this property to our friends as it was just like it had been depicted in the pictures. The owner and management company were great to work with which made our stay even better. Great villa

We spent 10 days at palm court villa in oct 2011 and having stayed at other villa resorts, we found this villa the most comfortable and best equipped. Booking process and payments were easy and fast, the directions provided by the owners were great and we found the villa with no detours. The villa community was quieter than some we have stayed in but we preferred this and felt very safe in the villa compared to others we have stayed in. The villa is really well equipped and has things you normally have to spend a bit of money on when you get there, they have a cool box, buggy, books, pool toys and float as well as my mums favourite, the kettle and teapot!! If you have any concerns about taking young kids to a villa with a pool, there is an alarm which sounds if the door to the pool area are open and the pool also has a fence surrounding it. The villa really is only 8 minutes from Disney And is close to the 192 for restaurants. There is a publix at the end of the road and also no matter what direction you come home from you will pass a 24 hr walgreens/cvs/ walmart for any essentials. The villa was clean, comfortable and homely with plenty of storage space for your luggage and shopping. We spent most of our time at the parks but actually wished that we had spent longer at the house enjoying the pool. The pictures are a good representation of the villa and are up to date, all the rooms are a really good size and we were very comfortable there. If you are sharing with another family then the extra bathroom and suite mean everyone can enjoy a little privacy. So stay there you'll love it, we did!

An excellent self contained villa, extremely comfortable, clean, well maintained and within reasonable commuting distance to restaurants, shops and the disney areas. The owners and management team were very polite and helpfull. The pool area very relaxing after a long day at the parks. I would rate this accommodation 10/10. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa in the Tuscan Hills area to friend and relations.

Quiet, Secluded, Safe

Davenport was a good choice for us. First time we have stayed on the west side of the parks. More residential, less traffic, quieter. NICE! Secluded and restful setting, gated community. House was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Favorite place to sit was in the screen house out back. Palm trees, hedges separating the yards, birds singing, sunshine, and hot air balloons overhead...I'll miss those Florida mornings. Fantastic quick email communication from our hosts, very accommodating and gracious. Thank you so much for sharing your home and providing a place for us to make lasting memories with our loved ones. It was indeed magical...

Superb Villa

When we arived at the villa - 4 adults, 2 children under10 - we were blown away by the size of the property and the high standard to which it was furnished. We have stayed in many rental propertys before but this was by far the best.The children loved the pool and the spa was a great place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks. The villa was also well placed for shopping and food outlats and the owners had left details of the best places. If you followed the information given by the owners Disney was achievable in 8 minutes and the other parks were only a short drive further on. In conclusion, a very well equiped villa, set in a quiet location and we cann't wait to have another holiday there.

HEAVENLY HOLIDAY

We have stayed in Florida 8 times and this has been the best house. We had a fantastic stay at your villa thank you, there was everything we needed and more we did not have the hassel of having to bring a buggy, and there was a cot provided and high chair and play pen thank you so much that made such a difference, we also liked the idea of knowing where the childrn were when we were in the other rooms, great idea. We took them to the tote place as well and felt so save just walking along to it and not cars to worry about, the shopping was great and food shopping so close. Disney was so close to the house that we did not have to spend all that time on the road which made it better for the kids. Thank you again we WILL BE BACK again very soon thank you.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa. The pool heat was wonderful and kept the pool nice and comfortable. My favorite was the spa...spent lots of evenings there. It had everything we needed and cannot think of anything that was lacking. The kids enjoyed the games room, but the pool was the big hit. The neighborhood was convenient, quiet, and safe. Super Walmart was just up the road a couple miles. We would love to stay again if we come back to Orlando.

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks on the recommendation of a friend who stayed there last year, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It is a very short drive from the villa to Disney World (15 minutes in normal traffic), and around 30 minutes to Universal Studios. It is away from the hustle and bustle of International Drive and is in a quiet location so it is excellent for small children who really need their sleep after a full day in the Parks! The pool is fabulous, and absolutely essential to keep the kids cool - and no bugs due to the netting over the pool area. There are plenty of TVs around the house, all showing a full set of American cable TV channels. Walmart is less than 10 minutes away and sells everything. Really. Even Weetabix, Marmite and Oxo cubes. There is also a full set of fast food joints to choose from along the main road, so you are a couple of minutes from a burger if you need one! The kitchen is very well stocked and the fridge dispenses cool water and ice cubes, essential for the Florida heat. Similarly, the villa is well air-conditioned so whilst you might find it quite warm at night time it will not be too warm for kids to sleep. The owners are very helpful and accessible if you need to ask questions about the villa, and the photos on the site give an accurate view of what the villa looks like in real life. It's a real home from home and caters for your every need.

This was our 3rd year in a row visiting FL and DW and we have rented a home each time. Of the 3 visits this home was absolutely the cleanest and most convenient. We are a family of 10 so the size of this home was just perfect! The description of the home and internet pictures were very accurate. In the past that has not always been the case. The home was well stocked with the basic necessities. In the past we have always had to make a run to Walmart and purchase extra towels, utensil etc. The only complaint I have is the the bed in the master suite downstairs was not at all comfortable. It's not a huge complaint because hey, we were on vacation but it could easily be improved with some memory foam topper. The management company and owner were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. If we go back for a 4th year we will definitely reserve this home again.

Just got back after a fantastic 2 week stay in your lovely villa.Couldn't have had anything better. It really felt good to come back after a hectic day in the theme parks kick shoes off and feel at HOME. We found all the theme parks easy with your instructions and everything we needed in your well equiped villa.Our granddaughter loved the pool she was just as happy having a rest day playing in the pool all day. We have rented Florida homes for a number of years and I feel confident saying that this is one of the better villas out there. The house is convenient to Disney and 192 area, and is clean and comfortable. The management company is a pleasure to deal with, and the pool heat is UNBELIEVABLY EFFECTIVE. I would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at Irene's place the last week in Feb. 2010. We found the house to be lovely. We had small children, and the house was wonderfully stocked with items that you need for the little one's but that aren't easy to fly with - which made things much easier for us. The distance to Disney was very short, and lots of shops and restaurants right by the house. We had a wonderful time using the heated pool and spa! We hope to rent with you again in the future - thanks for taking care of us short notice and being easy to get in touch with!

21/12/08 Had 2 fantastic weeks at your villa this Christmas, thank you very much Irene & Michael. Everything that you would ever need is at your home. We all felt so comfortable there, especially after a long day in the parks. It was just fantastic being able to chill and watch TV, or go for a swim. I would definitely recommend you villa to all my friends., in fact my friend has it booked for 2 weeks this year. Having the pool heated was just fantastic , it was just like walking into a warm bath.The house was just so spacious, and the games room was great fun. Tuscan hills is just lovely. Thank you for letting us stay in your super villa. we have had the most fantastic holiday. The villa had everthing that we needed for our visit (and more). It was very clean and comfortable. My girls loved the pool. The parks were near but I would recommend that you hire a car (we did and managed to see a bit more of florida). The management were very helpful and friendly and there when we needed them. What can I say, a great holiday and we hope to return soon.

We had the most fantastic holiday in Florida and the lovely villa lived up to all our expectations. I was especially pleased to see that there are safety measures in place for the pool area as we had our three young children with us. The villa is close to all the theme parks, which were easy to get to. Also the other facilities like shops and restaurants where in abundance so we never had to worry about running out of supplies. The owners and the agency went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I would certainly love to visit again and would recommend the villa to everyone. The whole holiday was just such an amazing and fun-filled experience. The children can’t stop talking about it and neither can we! A big thank-you to all!

This was our first visit to Florida, we booked the villa and it was fantastic it lived up to all that the owners said it would.
