Centrally located near the southeast corner of Shea Boulevard and 92nd street in Scottsdale, our condo offers all of the features of a home away from home and is walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, Ice cream parlors and a New York style delicatessen.
Our condominium is an upper level unit, with beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains from the covered patio. Morning sun brightens the entire kitchen and dining area of this newly renovated, quiet, spacious unit, with cathedral ceilings in the dining area and living room, which also features a fireplace.
There is a split floor plan which affords privacy to each bedroom. The master bedroom and living room open to the covered patio. The spacious, bright kitchen is well equipped, with newer appliances. Ample closet space is available in each bedroom, as well as adjacent to the front entrance. This unit is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Our unit is available for monthly rental only, with a discount for more than one month.
