Privacy and seclusion await you at this beachfront house named Indian Summer! Located at 346 Indian Pass Road [zip 32456], it has one of the most expansive and beautiful views on the gulf! Sit and watch the waves gently roll in. It faces quiet, pet friendly beaches with great sunrise/sunset views and is close to some of the hottest fishing spots in the area including saltwater and freshwater. Many guests have seen eagles, migrating butterflies,and dolphins. Stargazing is exceptional on clear nights.
Indian Summer is very private and nicely decorated, sleeping eight with 3 bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom and screened porch, 2 masters, 2 queens, 2 twins, 1 queen sofa bed, including a book, game, and video library. There is a computer with internet access. Approximately 2500 square feet is air conditioned. First level - living room, queen sleeper sofa, dining area with adjoining screened porch, kitchen, and queen bedroom with bathroom. Second level - queen bedroom and bath, open loft area where the computer desk is located, and twin bedroom and bath. All bedrooms open to private screened porches.
