Enjoy our wonderfully furnished home on a quiet street. Has three full bedrooms each with window air conditioners and comfortable beds for a good night sleep. Master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. Fully equipped kitchen with deck off the kitchen to enjoy outside summer dining and relaxation. All rooms have ceiling fans. Play a rousing game of ping pong in our comfortable well lit lower level.
Our homes central location guarantees easy access to Brewster's lovely beaches, the national sea shore and all the amenities that Cape Cod has to offer.

After years of searching and staying at different places on the Cape, this is by far our favorite and keeps us coming back each year! The owners are professional, and super to deal with. They even remind us each year to book early so we don't lose out. The house is comfortable, and definitely the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Plenty of room, and perfectly situated on the cape for lots of activities. Close to the bike path, many beaches to choose from, great restaurants, and best of all my kids enjoy the pond at the end of the street and the ping pong table! Its quiet, relaxing and the perfect home away from home. We love it!

I rented this home with three other adults and we all very happy with this rental. We also agreed that we would be willing to rent this property again. The pictures are very representative and the home is well maintained and clean. It is located on a quiet street that is located within 5 minutes of the private beach association and about a 10 minute walk from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. I appreciated the fact that the TV had hi-definition cable and connecting to the wireless network was seamless. I found the basement to be a bonus. It provided an indoor area for the kids to play and to watch TV, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a relatively new ping pong table. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans to meet our needs and the refrigerator was very clean. I also liked the easy access to the washer and drier which are located in the bathroom on the first floor. The owners are quick and responsive and provided clear directions. Garages seem to be somewhat uncommon at rentals on the Cape. The one car garage provided a convenient way to store our beach gear, kayak and bikes. I also really enjoy the general location. It's close to Nickerson State Park, the kid-friendly bay beaches, charters based out of Harwichport, a major grocery store, a go-cart facility, and within a reasonable drive to the National Pak Service beaches. The pond is actually a fairly large lake. The water is warmer than the ocean and very clear. It's great for paddling and swimming. Overall, we were very pleased with this rental and I think the rental fee represents a good value.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Cape Cod. I hadn't been there in 30 years or so. The house was really comfortable, well kept and clean. There were 3 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space. The kids loved swimming in the pond, even after a day at the beach. The pond is large. There are a few sandy beaches on it to choose from. You can walk or ride a bike to the pond. I would recommend bringing bikes as it's also a short ride to the rail trail. Biking the rail trail is nice way to spend a morning or afternoon. There are several bay beaches close by though typically went to Orleans which was about 10-15 minutes away. Getting around wasn't a problem, shopping, restaurants, and the water was 5-15 minutes by car. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there for a week in the summer and had a wonderful time. The place is very clean and being able to walk to the pond was a delight. My children loved their room, and my husband loved the ping pong table.
