Welcome to Central Avenue.
This location is fabulous. Walk across the street to the gazebo at 58th street, the terrific long wooden ramp to the sand, the dunes, THE BEACH! No more vacations walking blocks with all of that gear, or beaching it without a restroom nearby. There is a beachhouse with public restrooms on this block. There is a garage that faces the ocean with plenty of storage space for the beach chairs, etc. Convenience is the best word to descibe this rental.
You will find that we have gone the extra mile to equip the kitchen, so you do not have to import yours on vacation. This is a cozy cottage by the sea with incredible views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and bath and the outside patio. The furnishings are a cut above the normal beige beach house with leather chairs, a pretty sofa bed and real wooden dining room furniture.
The owners take great pride in this home and we look forward to renting to others who will also be proud to call this home for their vacation.
