We enjoyed our stay very much. The only minus was all the bees around the front porch and the deck. Beautiful cabin and view!! I ould stay there again.
Owner response:Thanks for the nice review and we're so glad you had a wonderful stay. Carpenter bees come out for a week or two every spring in the mountains. Fortunately, they don't have stingers and just buzz around decks during the day and then go away at night.

Our family spent the week after Christmas here and couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable trip. The cabin was beautiful and well furnished. The view off the balcony with all the snow was amazing, so much so we are looking forward to returning in the fall to witness the array of colors associated with the fall season. In the mountains and so close to town, you couldn't ask for more.

Wow, what a view!!! It is amazing how quickly the view changes from one minute to the next while looking off the back deck. The cabin was very clean and exactly what we had hoped for. The location was near everything we had planned to do while we were in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone who is planning a vacation in the area and would definitely go back there ourselves the next time we travel that way. I was pleased with the "extras" that were in the cabin that most other rental homes/cabins do not have such as laundry soap, dishwasher detergent and kitchen supplies. Thanks for sharing this beautiful cabin with us.

One of the most beautiful views in the Smokies. We could see the mountains and five different ridges from the hot tub on the back porch. We were actually "in the smoke." Clean cabin. Nice helpful owners. We have stayed in several different cabins over the years. and this is our favorite. It was large - with easy parking - close to Gatlinburg - huge jacuzzi tub. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much to the owners for everything (including the great directions).

We stayed at this cabin during a highschool band trip. I was GREAT. Far enough from town to enjoy the great beauty of the Tenn. mountains. Wild turkeys roam the road and around the cabin. This was a very nice cabin with all the comforts of home. I will stay here again, without a doubt. Our High School won 14 awards during the competition, with a superior overall rating the highest award you can earn.

This cabin is exactly what the owners say it is -- a real log cabin on the side of a mountain with teriffic views! It had just the warmth, seclusion and charm our family was looking for to reconnect and unwind. After a full day of activities, we could come back and really relax in the cabin, where we made full use of the hot tub, the pool table, and the big screen TV. We cooked meals together, did jigsaw puzzles, enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and took in the wonderful views off the back porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. It was really a wonderful family experience. I'm sure there are other cabins that are fancier (and more expensive) than this one, but we loved all the real wood and the furnishings were just perfect. If you're looking for a great cabin with warmth and charm that's a little off the beaten trail, this one's for you.

Seven of us spent a week in this wonderful cabin. We couldn't be more pleased! It was a great space to relax together and had plently of room. The view from the back deck was outstanding, especially from the hot tub! : ) The 15 minute drive to town gave us easy access to everything, but still gave us a wonderful secluded feeling. The owner was really helpful and had suggestions for things like groceries and activites. Whether you're in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for the shopping, the national park, or just some time away - this is a great place to stay!
