That’s exactly what you will be doing when you stay in our beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom luxury villa. Just park your car outside your door and step into comfort. This vacation villa is located in the exclusive gated residential community of Villages of Seaport. The complex, which is always immaculately maintained, offers private direct access to the beach, three heated pools, tennis courts, racquet ball, game room, fully-equipped fitness center and it even has a car washing area.
The villa, which is newly furnished and beautifully decorated, sleeps 5 and has all the comforts of a home away from home. The master Bedroom has a queen sized bed with white wicker furniture, a remote controlled TV, a full sized closet and an adjacent master bath. The guest room features a full sized bed, with a large closet, a remote controlled t.v. and white wicker furniture. This decorative style is bright and Florida chic.
The living room features a sofa, love seat, and entertainment system equipped with a 27 inch TV, DVD and CD players. It also features several wrought iron bar stools at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen will meet the needs of amateur chefs and everyday cooks. Some of amenities include microwave, range, oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a rice cooker, and more.
The dining room area is also nicely furnished with seating for six. The master bedroom, guest room and living room each have doors leading to the screened patio porch. There you can curl up with your favorite book or have a cook out on the bar-b-cue. The villa also has a full size washer and dryer as well as linens and towels.
Whether you are an adventure seeker or just looking to relax and soak up the sun, vacationers have endless choices for entertainment. The villa is 50 minutes away from Orlando International Airport, all Disney and Universal Studios Theme Parks as well as other Orlando area attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and the Port of Cape Canaveral are only a short drive away.
For those that enjoy the nightlife, there’s dining and dancing at Port Canaveral. This famous port is also home to Disney’s Cruise lines as well as Royal Caribbean. From your beach, you can sit and look across the water at the Kennedy Space Center Launch pads or watch the cruise ships coming in and out of the port. There are also day and evening charters available for those that enjoy deep sea fishing, snorkeling or romantic moonlight cruises from either Cape Canaveral or nearby Merritt Island.
The property is available for monthly and long term rental depending on availability and length of term. A $250 refundable security deposit is required for short term rentals.A $500 security deposit required for long term rentals. It will be returned upon inspection of the villa and after electrical utilities are paid. To ensure the continued prestine ambiance of the villa, niether pets or smoking are allowed. Tenant is responsible for electricity for long term leases. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

TheVillages of Seaport is a great place to vacation. The villa is beautiful and clean. The tile floors are wonderful, easy to keep clean, it us close to the beach and has 3pools. The owner is very accommodating. We will certainly return yearly. This is a perfect place to vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: My husband and I are both educators. We have three beautiful children together, and just recently, we became grandparents. Every opportunity we get, we drive to our little peace of heaven to relax, enjoy the beach and get away from it all.
Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral:
We chose to buy our vacation home in Villages of Seaport, Cape Canaveral because we love fell in love with the community. It offers resort style living, relaxation and fun. Our private beach is spectacular. Great for swimming, surfing or soaking up the sun. We also love the fact that we can watch shuttle launches right from our beach or the cruise ships set sail. Our villa is less than an hour drive from all the Orlando area attractions and less than 2 minutes away from Port Canaveral where you can find great restaurants, casino's, sports fishing and nightlife. Our villa is perfect for a romantic get-away or to spend time with the family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There are many benefits to staying in our villa. For starters, it is the newest and closest villa to our private beach and club house. This cozy apartment is located on the ground floor which is extremely convenient for our 'more mature' guests and those traveling with young families. Our two bedroom villa offers resort style living and is decorated 'Florida Chic.' Our guests enjoy 24 hour security, three pools, including a family pool, tennis, racquet ball, fitness center and club house. We also offer free WiFi and cable. Part of what makes this vacation home unique is the fact that you can wake up in the morning and take a stroll along the beach, by mid afternoon watch a shuttle or rocket launch and by the the time the sun sets, be dancing at The Port while watching the cruise ships set sail.
