It features forty feet of sliding glass retractable doors opening to an outside 400 square foot tiled terrace over the Pacific ocean and breathtaking views of the beach and surrounding area. It includes an elevator to a private sandy beach and cove with views of the nearby area and ocean, rocks, tide pools, Catalina Island and glorious sunsets throughout the year. Lush tropical landscaping throughout. It is within a small security gated community on the water in Laguna Beach. The community, as well as the unit, have just been completely remodeled and modernized and features views in all four directions.
