This wonderful ocean front unit is the only furnished 2 bedroom corner, ocean view condo available for rent on the water in Laguna Beach. This beach front unit features 40 feet of sliding glass retractable doors, opening to an outside 400 square foot tiled terrace with sweeping panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island and glorious sunsets throughout the year. This hugh outside wrap-around deck allows our guests to view on a year round basis a daily sunrise, a daily sunset and a nightly moon rise from the very same deck.There is also an elevator to a private cove & sandy beach, with tide pools and rocks.
The complex is a beach front condo community, with security gates and lush tropical landscaping throughout, and has just been completely remodeled and modernized.
Vacation Rental Amenities:
Four television sets are in the unit, including two 50 inch flat screen plasma TVs. The Euro kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king size feather-top bed, 600-thread count linen & private tiled bath with bidet and sunken tub. The second bedroom/office has a queen size bed & private ocean view deck. Parquet floors, Swedish Sauna, Swiss Multi Jet Shower, beach chairs, beach tables, boogie boards, mats, kayak, snorkel and fishing equipment are included. This ocean front community also has an Olympic size swimming pool (heated), a state of the art ocean front and view fitness center & game room. Owner provides binoculars as well as a 60 power telescope to view the activities on the beach and ocean, as well as views of Catalina Island. Wireless internet and cable are provided with the unit. There are also many fine restaurants within walking distance of the unit.
