  I stayed in this beautiful home for three wonderful nights after the holidays and I was in awe of it the whole time! From the moment you step foot in the house you will be blown away! Every room is beautiful and all of the beds are very comfortable. The house has a really classy yet comfy feel and everything I could have asked for was there at our disposal. (There is even a play room with kids' games, baby dolls, and every kid video you could imagine!) The house has three bedrooms, but could easily accommodate eight people, because it is so spacious and has so many beds. My daughter and I had so much fun sledding (sleds were one of the many perks in staying here) and going into town, we didn't want to leave. Rob was so friendly and accommodating and got back to my inquiry very promptly and was so helpful with anything I asked. I would love to stay here again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Love, Love, Love this home. This home is actually even PRETTIER than depicted in the photos. The home is beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. From start to finish this was the best rental home experience we have had. Rob was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries about the home. He was also very organized and timely when arranging all the paperwork associated with the rental. The first day we got there, we were lucky to have snow. Looking out the big windows to the front and rear of the home we had beautiful, private views. The home is EXTREMELY cozy feeling....beautifully and warmly decorated. The kitchen is like new, with very nice appliances and every gadget/dish you could need. The down sofa in the great room was so nice and cozy; the Christmas decorations were still up which gave us such a holiday-feel. The rooms were also lovely; the beds and linens were very comfortable. Perhaps the biggest compliment is I caught myself saying more than once, " I wish I lived here!" I can't think of a single negative thing to say about the whole experience. We definitely look forward to renting this home again. Thanks Rob and family for sharing your beautiful home with us!

  Our second year renting this house. It is wonderful. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, great location very close Lake Arrowhead Village. Surrounded by gorgeous trees. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you need. Family room couch is perhaps most comfortable I have ever sat on! Great large new flat screen TVs this year in family room and master. Recommend without reservation.

  Beautifully decorated, clean home with all the upgrades...loved the spacious deck with peek-a-boo views of the lake, level front yard, quiet location, modern kitchen with really nice applicances and cookware, garage access...and more. We loved staying here and will definitely come back. Thank you, Rob!

  Love, love, love this cabin rental. Had a large family with kids and it was absolutely perfect. All the beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with high-quality dishes and glassware and any appliance you could ever need! The owners have really put their heart into decorating this cabin. You will not regret renting this place. No complaints. Will definitely be making this cabin an annual tradition.

  What an AMAZING property! Working with Rob was such an enjoyable experience. He was extremely efficient and helpful during the entire process. Our family wanted to enjoy the wintertime fun in Lake Arrowhead and we are so pleased that we chose this home for our visit. We arrived to find an immaculate, stylish, elegant home that was also cozy and homey (the photos do not do it justice!). The kitchen was a dream - it contained every appliance, gadget and tool a chef could ask for! The owners provided many "extras" throughout the house - those small touches made it feel as though we were staying with our own family! We were briefly snowed in and didn't mind a bit - we made a gourmet meal and played many of the wonderful games provided. We plan on making this an annual trip and this home will be the centerpiece of our tradition. We cannot wait to return!

  Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful mountain home with us! We had such a WONDERFUL and relaxing time. To see the huge smiles on our childrens faces when they walked thru the door was priceless! Your home definitely is one to be proud of and admired. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and filled with every ammenity you could ask for! We were lucky enough to have snow and enjoyed snow ball fights in the front yard, sleding right in the back yard and snowboarding at the ski resort not too far away. Our mountain get away was what we hoped for and more! Our family will definitely be returning. We would also like to thank you for being so professional, helpful and responsive to our every question.   Awesome house. Beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Great for a family. Kitchen is gorgeous and opens up to dining room and family room which is a perfect floorplan. We had a great time and will definitely rent it again.

  WOW! When we arrived on Saturday night we opened the door to a dazzling home decorated perfectly for the holidays. This home was more beautiful then we could of imagined. It was ideal for 2 families and as elegant and immaculate as it was they still had a room with every kid board game you could want! We were lucky to get a lot of snow and enjoyed using the sleds, this was so great to have available our kids really had a wonderful time sledding down the driveway. Not only was this house more wonderful then I can describe, Robert was great to work with and responded so quickly to all our inquiries. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home... we will be back and will recommend this to all our friends.

  I knew as soon as I saw the pictures of your home that it would be perfect for our family's Thanksgiving gathering. Warm and cozy fireplace, gourmet kitchen, large dining table,comfy beds and plenty of space spelled tradition and family. But we couldn't know till we arrived all the attention to detail,from lighted garlands to personal decor that would add to a sense of being home for the holidays. We were treated to an unexpected snow and experienced the extraordinary setting of your home. We built a snowman in the level yard, had snowball fights all around and even found a small hill for my granddaughter to sled on. The home even came with sleds and snow shovels which we never expected to use. I had hoped for a nice holiday in Arrowhead and ended up making memories for a lifetime. My two grown sons both told me that it was the best Thanksgiving they had ever had. Robert's attention to detail extended to the way he does business with prompt replies, a friendly and helpful attitude and a swift return of deposit and receipt. We will definitely be back and certainly recommend this home to all.

Non Holidays .. $1500/wk ..$5000/mo.. $200/each extra nt.

Holidays ... $2000/wk .. $300/each extra nt (3 night minimum)

Non Holiday Weekend Rentals: $575 (includes Fri/Sat Night) $200 each extra nt.

Refundable Security Deposit: $300 will be required for all stays.

Cleaning fee $75.00

Thanksgiving Weekends requires 4 night minimum ($1200 Total)
