This nicely decorated three bedroom, two full bath mountain home is located on a quiet street near Lake Arrowhead Village. This 1760 square foot home was recently remodeled with all the luxuries and comforts of home. This home is minutes from the lake, beaches, skiing, sledding, shopping, restaurants, golf, hiking and everything else Lake Arrowhead has to offer.

A large front yard welcomes you to this extraordinary home. The entry immediately draws you to the sensational views from the kitchen and great room. Enjoy watching television or relaxing in front of the gas fireplace in the down filled sectional sofa while you unwind after a day of fun!

The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The kitchen features granite countertops and state of the art appliances and is open to the great room and dining area. It has everything you need for an evening with the family or a peaceful dinner for two. The dining room table seats up to six guests.

The downstairs bedroom features two Queen sized beds with designer bedding. This bedroom is adjacent to its own private downstairs bath with dual sinks.

Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom two, features a king sized designer four poster bed, a television and a large picture window, perfect for gazing at the stars. Bedroom three features one Queen and one twin sized bed. The upstairs full bathroom also has dual sinks. This home even has central air/heat and Wi-Fi.

As the mountain beckons you outdoors, enjoy sitting outside on the large Trex® deck and enjoy the view of pine trees or the abundance of wildlife. Cook on the outdoor barbeque while your guests enjoy outdoor seating with a marvelous view.

Once you come to Lake Arrowhead, you may want to play a round of golf, ski, or enjoy a day of shopping at Lake Arrowhead village. You can also choose to pamper yourself at the new Lake Arrowhead Resort's full service spa. The possibilities are endless! This magnificent mountain home has all the luxuries and comfort needed to provide a perfect stay in your "home away from home" here in the mountains.

  • We had such a wonderful time staying in your home. “Beautifully Decorated” is an understatement! The attention to detail (down to the sprig of pine in the magazine rack!) was so appreciated. The home was immaculate and very comfortable. My favorite thing was turning on the remote controlled mini lights in the very early morning and reading in the living room before the others woke up. It was so peaceful! The kitchen was a dream. We have rented homes in the past that had barely a pot or a plate. Not so this time! This home is perfect for a girls or couples getaway. Thank you for all of your timely correspondence and for the thorough check-in/out information. We would love to return in the near future!

  • Your home was simply perfect in every way. Not only was it spotless, everything was of the highest quality, right down to the fluffy pillows and high thread count sheets! Your kitchen was so well stocked with anything and everything a cook and baker could need and I loved how it is connected to the greatroom. The sofa is super comfy and the fireplace/mantle just beautiful. In fact, the decor throughout the entire home was stunning. The snow was perfect with great sledding out in back and a spacious deck on which we were able to make a great snowman. I can't rave enough about this place and I have stayed in at least a dozen vacation rentals. This one was the best!!! We will be back for sure!

  • Your beautiful home was the perfect place for our family to enjoy a snow adventure! My kids loved sledding in the back yard and playing with the snow. It was a magical experience for them. When it was time to relax inside, your luxurious home provided us with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel except with much more space! With the village close by, it was easy to stock up on food and cook a nice meal in your gourmet kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

You made our first group family trip the best and we look forward to many more to come in your home. The home had everything we needed not only for cooking but also play. The kids and us big kids had a blast playing outside in the back yard. Thank you for a wonderful time spent away from the city.

The snow was still all around the house we didn't have to leave the property the kids had a blast in the front and back yard sledding and making snow men. Quick drive to the village that was a plus!!!!! Neighbors were friendly too.

  • Truly a very comfortable and well furnished home. The pictures do not do it justice. Spacious living area and kitchen. All new appliances, modern design, new carpeting - luxurious in all. Very good location - close to village, yet nested in the hills with privacy and wonderful views.

  • The pictures of this property attracted our attention and we decided to rent it for our vacation. The pictures did not lie. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with the basic necessities that a house would have (except, of course, for the perishables). We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay at this property again and again.
