  We originally chose this vacation property because of its size, price and proximity to Paso Robles and we were not disappointed. We've stayed at this house for a weekend each of the last two years. It's a short drive to downtown, groceries and anything else you might need. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and the living areas and backyard are spacious. Everyone was more than comfortable with their sleeping arrangements. Highly recommended!

• Great house in Paso Robles

  I brought 10 people on a weekend wine trip to Paso Robles. This house was perfect for us. It is located close to downtown and between the wineries east of Hwy 101 and those on the coast-side. The house is large and very clean. We were all very comfortable there. House has room in the garage for our vehicles. It's located in a nice residential neighborhood, close to Wal-Mart and Safeway. We were able to get anything we needed quickly. If you bring a large group, sleepers 11 and 12 will be on a sofa or the extra queen mattress on the floor in the master bedroom. I'd definitely book this house again and recommend it to others.

  Just returned from our Paso weekend where we rented your home. It is a good location and nicely accommodates 4 couples for a relaxing visit and wonderful wine tasting. The yard is nicely landscaped and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc for cooking meals (you need at least one sharp knife). The bedrooms were very sparsely furnished..none of them having a dresser and only one night stand. Supplies were limited with only a half roll of paper towels, two bars of soap for 3 bathrooms and a kitchen, one extra roll of TP. The living room is empty with the exception of a futon and a big dining room table, which was nice for group meals. I have a property listed on VRBO and have rented through VRBO around the world so have a pretty good perspective of what to expect. This unit has a ton of potential, but comes up a bit short because of the furnishings. I would rent here again with a big group, but the photos make the interior areas a bit more inviting than they actually are. Finally, the directions that are provided don't work when you are arriving from the south. Thank goodness for my Iphone!

  We rented this house over the Valentine's Day weekend and had a great time! The house was very spacious and very clean. We have 4 couples and each couple had their own bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this house again when we visit Paso Robles!

  The house was well appointed and there was plenty of space for everyone. The backyard was great for relaxing and BBQing. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Randy!

  From the moment we stepped inside the house, we knew we were going to have a great vacation. This rental is new, beautiful, large, clean and well situated in the Paso Robles area. Although our business took us to the Plaza area of town, it was a drive of mere minutes to get there from this neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental, and will stay here again should the need arise. THANK YOU!
