Ultimate inshore and offshore fishing experiences are at your fingertips at this outstanding fishing location. This home is designed and stocked for entertaining. You can launch your boat at the public pay pier & boat ramp nearby.

The beach motif and quality of this home is equivalent to that of a five star hotel! The home is appointed with ceramic tile flooring, new furniture throughout, a fully stocked oversized kitchen, wetbar, and a large deck overlooking the canal and gulf with plenty of deck furniture for entertaining and relaxing. We take great pride in offering our guests the ultimate vacation experience with our interior design and penchant for quality and cleanliness. Our goal is for you to enjoy the house as much as you enjoy the water.

The canal is host to speckled trout, big flounder, redfish and more. Crabbing is wonderful for big blues and stone crabs. 60 ft. dock frontage and shaded recreation area are just a few of the amenities offered at this property. The house is located on a 90 foot wide canal in Treasure Island and is fed by the tidal flow from Cold Pass.
