This building has experienced little change to take away from it's original integrity. In the former parlors, now serving as second bedrooms, are cast iron stoves (not operable) dated l890 surrounded with the original tile and fireplace mantels. Each cottage has pocket doors, large footed bathtubs with showers, and wall-hung sinks. A back deck provides privacy and quiet for an early morning cup of coffee. A gas grill is available for a late afternoon cookout. Small front porches with comfortable seating are ideal for relaxation and catching a great sunset. These rental cottages are the perfect alternative to hotel or motel lodging for your stay in beautiful downtown Salida.
