Located in Salida's oldest residential district, this sweet 1908 Cottage offers ideal accommodations to couples or families looking for privacy, charm, comfort, convenience and versatility. This cottage has experienced little change to take away from its original character. The fireplace mantel, pocket doors, wall hung sink and large antique footed tub with shower are all features of this turn-of-the century home. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped plus a washer and dryer are available for the laundry.
A back deck on the East side of the cottage provides privacy and quiet for an early morning cup of coffee. A gas grill is available for a late afternoon cookout. The small front porch offers comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a late afternoon sunset.
