Stunning, two-bedroom, two-bath, ocean view at Maui Vista!

When we got married here in Maui in 2000, John and I fell in love with this beautiful island! We have returned every year since and decided it was time to purchase a home of our own here. We hope you will enjoy our home in paradise as much as we do!

We bought this 4th floor, corner unit at the Maui Vista Resort because of the sensational ocean view! It gives you a sense of home and vacation at the same time. Relax on the lanai while watching a spectacular sunset! Curl up on the full-size futon while watching your favorite television program or listening to some island music, which we have provided for you. We include High Speed Internet as well, for those who can’t leave home without their laptops! Please feel free to enjoy any of the paperbacks, CDs or DVDs which we have stored in the condo.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your own recipes when you are not out enjoying the many nearby restaurants! Beach chairs, mats and towels are provided for your enjoyment at the Charley Young Beach, just 75 feet across the street! This sandy beach is just the start of the long stretch of beaches that Kihei has to offer!

Our complex also offers 3 swimming pools, 3 Gas BBQ areas, and 6 championship tennis courts!

Open-air markets are just down the street to purchase all of your island treasures! Costco, Wal-Mart, Kmart, Sears, and Macys are just 10 miles away in Kahului (near the airport). We have TWO Starbucks very close by (don’t forget to bring home their exclusive Hawaii Starbucks card!)

  • Dear Susan and John, Our family just returned from a 12 night stay at your condo. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4 and well stocked with supplies to make our stay very pleasant! The location is fabulous, with Kam I just across the street. The ocean views are spectacular and I wish I was sitting on the lanai right now drinking coffee watching the people walk by!   • Your condo was fabulous. We spent 10 days enjoying everything Maui has to offer, your condo made it that much more relaxing. You had everything there a person or family would need to feel like they were at home. We used the beach toys A LOT!! Big plus!! The kids said "this feels like home!" I would highly recommend and will certainly be staying with you again in the future. The Maui Vista is very nice, well maintained, grills are so nice to have. We never used the pool because you have a fabulous beach just a short walk away. We had a ball. Thank you so VERY VERY much!!!

    Thanks Susan...much appreciated! Our trip and the wedding went off beautifully and without a hitch... As for your condo...it was great and had everything we needed as far as I could tell...having some paper products there was a real plus...we did pick up some toilet paper, etc as a group after arriving (at Costco) and used those up, but I suspect we used a couple of yours as well. Paper towel was a great add too. The kids loved having the boogie boards, chairs, beach mats, and toys available and they made the beach trips much more enjoyable...we couldn't get out daughter out of the surf she loved the boogie boarding and body surfing so much! (took another 2 days to get all the sand out of her hair after we left...!!!) We used the cooler bag a couple times as well. (particularly to cool some Champagne for the wedding ceremony) Having a bit of seasoning and salt and pepper, etc was also appreciated instead of buying a lot for only 9 days... ock box was a plus so we didn't have to carry around keys unless we went to the pool, and with parents and us in the same room, this meant keys were not an issue (i.e. who had them at anytime... as we mostly used the lockbox for getting in usually) Having the CD for the drive to Hana was nice and the kids enjoyed a couple DVD movies you had too. Your book there helped as well and we only wish we had more time to go and check out a couple for restaurants...maybe next time... I would highly recommend your unit to others and appreciate you letting us stay there...I only wish we could have stayed longer...

  • Not since 1972 have I shared a household with my younger brother --until last week when we lived together in Susan and John's Maui Vista condo. What a fun time we had! The condo was perfect for our group providing separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a common living area where we enjoyed each other's company and put together family meals. (We also used the outside bar-be-que area a lot!) All the play toys provided (boogie boards, sand chairs, beach towels, snorkels, etc.)added so much to our daily beach trips. What a great way to catch up and spend quality time with my brother and his wife and what a perfect setting. The whales put on a wonderful show for us the last day we were there and we had the perfect view from the condo's lanai. Thanks for providing what turned out to be a perfect family reunion.

  • I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was very clean and welcoming and provided everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There was also information provided on what to see and do. The location was ideal and accross the street from a very nice beach. The complex grounds were beautiful and well maintained with plenty of parking space.

    "This two bedroom condo has beautiful ocean views and is centrally located in Kihei. It is convenient to walk to the beach across the street, or to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The condo is nicely decorated, has everything needed for everyday living, and has a great floorplan.   • Ten days of having accommodations that provided everything that could be needed. Susan was so wonderful in making sure all arrangements went smoothly. Maui is a wonderful place offering the gamut of things to do and places to go. We had to leave some things undone but with a desire to return to fill in more activity. Everything was within easy or reasonable reach. Beach right across the street. Restaurants all around us. But mostly, it was the condo that we enjoyed because it furnished us with all we needed plus extras. Thank you John & Susan.

  • We had such a great time staying at your home away from home in April that I didn't want to leave. The view was wonderful, the weathers was great and you had everything on hand that we needed to fill up every day we were there. Everything was so close, and we had plenty of room to relax. It was much better than any hotel. The grounds were beautiful and we can't wait to go back again. And the sunsets....need I say more! Thanks so much.

    This was our first time here. This was the best vacation ever! We loved all the stuff you knew we needed. We mostly used the stuff in the closet because we went to the beach a lot. The swimming pool was awesome! You are the best ever! We wish you better blessing than ever!
