Just a few steps away from the Gulf, beach, and Eastern Lake is Sunrise/Sunset. The beach walk is easy with only a few steps down on the walkway. The sand is powder white and the water is crystal clear. Kick back and relax on one of the last unspoiled beaches. Take a bike ride and admire the untouched beauty of Deer Lake State Park which is less than a mile away.

Enjoy the beautiful views from all three levels of the house. Note the incredible panoramic view of the beach and Eastern Lake from the two decks off the third floor loft. Savor your morning coffee on the covered second floor porch extending the length of the house between the two masters.

Constructed in 1998, large (1950 square feet), furnished (2008). Lots of extras!! The living room has a big screen TV, VCR, DVD, CD and a fireplace. There are TVs, VCRs and DVDs in all three bedrooms and the sleeping loft. The 2nd floor has two master suites with King beds and private baths. One bath has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Large grill on private backyard patio with outdoor shower. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
