We have visited Fripp many times over the years and stayed at this property multiple times. It is a perfect spot for young families, families with teenagers, couples or golfers. The open great room/kitchen is an ideal gathering place that opens to the serenity of the screened porch. The cottage is centrally located making it easy to get to the beach or pool. The inclusion of the amenity cards and golf cart is a nice money saving bonus! Once on the island you will not want to leave. You won't go away disappointed if you rent this property.

Love this house! Ideally set up for golf foursomes or families! The four bedrooms and three baths are spacious and comfortable. The large shaded porch provides a cool respite after a day at the beach or on the golf course. The living space is charming, with plenty of seating for enjoying time spent with friends and family. With the beach, the golf course, and the marina just three minutes away by golf cart, it is the perfect location on the island. We have stayed here many times, and hope to return many more!

We went to Fripp for our first time last June with our family. The island is beautiful and sooooo relaxing. Words cannot express how rejuvenated we all felt when we returned home to Ohio. Our children are grown so it was a grown up vacation with friends for all of us. We spent days at the beach and by the pool and evenings on the huge front porch. The wildlife on the island was a surprise for us as we had no idea about the deer and alligators we might see. We only left the island one evening to go to Beaufort for dinner--we really did not want to leave. As soon as we returned home I talked to the owners about going back there again for this summer. I would highly recommend this as a family vacation as well--the little ones seemed to enjoy themselves so much on the beach and riding around on golf cartsw as a means of transportation. The house we stayed in is beautiful and had all the amentities of home so I didn't feel like I needed anything else. The owner was quite helpful and all descriptions of the property were as stated in all information we received. I would recommned this vacation to anyone who wants to trully relax with a great book and enjoy being with family and friends. This would be a great place to catch up with friends you don't get to see very often and miss being with.

I have spent 2 wonderful weeks here in the several years. One was a "girls" getaway week and the other was a family vacation with my grown sons and their wives. The 4 bedrooms gave us sleeping areas for each family. We had all the equipment that we needed for fantastic meals...I conned the guys into cooking most nights. We spent one evening on the porch and it was an interesting conversation night. The large dining room table was used every other evening for family games. We spent time at the beach and in the various pools on the island. The golf cart rental through the owners it a great deal and saw constant use while we were at Fripp. The deer at your doorstep is a photo opportunity every day. I recommend this vacation home if you are looking for space for a "group" vacation.
