  This home was excellent for a house full of girls for grad week. We had plenty of room and the girls could swim in the pool or take a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of shopping near by with great designer outlets the girls loved. We had 13 people there with plenty of room. The property manager was there to answer any questions we had from things to do to directions. I cant say enough about this rental experience, it was fantastic! Thanks to all for a great time.

  We had a family reunion for 17 (11 adults, 6 kids) and stayed a week. The house was great and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully furnished - plenty of dishes and cookware. Guest house was also great. The owner and local contact person were easy to work with. Our family would definitely rent again!

  We had a family of 16, 11 adults and 5 children. This home is AMAZING! The house, bed configuration, killer kitchen, unbelievable courtyard / pool area, and guest quarters. Cannot say enough about this house. Everything that you would need is here, PERFECT home away from home. The kids LIVED in the pool, only 3 foot deep but perfect for the kids to splash and play. Beach is 2 blocks away, and Pompano Joes is another 2 blocks from there...PERFECT! I would give this house a 110%, and owner and sister who managed it were awesome to work with. We had a couple of small issues, and when I talked to management, it was handled IMMEDIATELY. The only thing I can say as a negative is...we had to leave it and come home. Even Hurricane Debbie could not dampen our time there, you won't be disappointed in this house.

  There aren't enough words to describe how AMAZING this house was and how awesome it was for our wedding!! The "big house", as we called it, was so beautiful and the master suite was so perfect while me and my bridesmaids got ready for our beach wedding! All the guys got ready in the guest house, which was equally as beautiful and awesome! We LOVED the pool and hot tub...not a day went by we didn't use it. Kevin was more than helpful and the local folks were very accessible as well. We had family stay with us all week, and the house was more than enough room for everyone. All of our friends and family are ready to go back next year for our one year anniversary!! We absolutely loved the house and couldn't ask for a better location/ area. Thank you for being a part of our special day and we will definitely be back next year!!

  I just returned from vacation and this house is exactly as it looks in the photos! Absolutely beautful, clean and luxurious! We were a group of 10 and there was lots of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were great and the beach was stunning. I have travelled all over the caribbean and have never seen such beautiful water and sand. Unfortunately there were a lot of jellyfish during the week that we were there which made swimming a little tricky. The house is close to everything you need... restaurants, outlet shopping, Walmart, drug stores etc. The beach is a short walk from the house. Kevin and Marcus were a pleasure to deal with and were very helpful. We would definitely return and rent this house again.

  We enjoyed a family reunion at this beautiful home. It comfortably slept 14 people. The house is gorgeous, with a wonderful pool to enjoy. The patio is very private and enclosed. We loved how the sliding glass doors opened up to the patio making it feel like one giant room. The house is just a short walk away from the beach and is located in a secure neighborhood. There are plenty of amenities in this house as well. We cooked every meal for 14 people in it for an entire week. The owner and property manager are great to work with as well. I would highly recommend this house and hope to visit there again!

  This was great place and vacation for my family. There was 10 of us and the place still had plenty of room. It was only a short walk to the beach. The pool house that was over the garage was a great addition.

  The home is in excellent condition and impressively clean. The pool and hot tub were great. Originally, we were disappointed it wasn't closer to the beach, but the five minute walk turned out to be an easy one and not a problem for us. The guest house above the garage was perfect for one family while the rest of us shared the main home. Excellent customer service. I think our only complaint would have been the lack of glasses and kitchen linens, but we managed with disposable cups and paper towels. All in all, we look forward to staying here again.
